„Cute little place. They only down fall is the bunk room upstairs is a sun room with only a small window AC. I do recommend the owners upgrade to a mini split. We had to turn the AC way down and freeze in the rest of the house and not close the doors upstairs in order to make it comfortable in there.“

„We had a week long vacation booked for Cape San Blas, Florida and had it cancelled thirty minutes before we were to leave for the airport due to Hurricane Helene. I scrambled to find something further West and came upon this home. The home was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property!“

„This house was literally on the beach - a beautiful location and the beach service offered with chairs and umbrella was amazing. We had full views of the sunrise in one direction and sunset in the other each night. The beach is incredible. The house is a nice size, clean and well maintained, but very sparsely accommodated. We had 1 skillet that was warped so that the middle was raised above the edges, no rubber spatulas or any spatulas for that matter, no cookie sheet, or plastic dishes/cups. ...

„The area is a little sketchy to be honest. All kinds of people walking the streets at all times of night and you could definitely tell it wasn’t travelers and most were not very friendly people. The sheets on the couch bed was absolutely disgusting. Hair, dirt, and stains. I have pictures. The floors were still covered with sand when we first arrived. The sheets and the floor could’ve been prevented but the description of a “condo” was not it“

„The size of the living spaces gave our family of 15 all the room we needed! The walk out to the beach was perfect and even the grandchildren’s little legs got them there in no time at all! We’ve never had such easy access and the bite is breathtaking! Kitchen very well stocked with more than enough dishes, pans, and utensils for all! Everyone was impressed and excited to return someday!“

„We loved our stay here and would stay again it is very clean quite and cozy. We were able to bring our dachshund with us and not worry about letting him out. The nice deck with fence was a perfect little spot to sit and drink your coffee and let your pup hang out. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows. „The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Ability to walk across the street to restaurants was a major plus. Two beautiful pools that were very well maintained. Beach access very easy. „The condo was clean but the furniture needs to be replaced. When you sit down you fall to the bottom of the chairs. Great views we will rent it again. Oh one other thing the shower needs safety bars to hold on to very slippery floors. “
