Cavour 41 is a fully renovated two-bedroom townhouse located in Olbia’s Historic Centre, set along Via Cavour in a lively yet authentic part of the old town. Designed for guests who appreciate character, space, and real comfort, the home combines historic architecture with contemporary interiors, making it ideal for families, friends, or longer stays close to Olbia’s cultural heart.
The townhouse spans approximately 100 square metres over two levels, offering generous living space and a practical layout. Interiors have been carefully restored with modern materials while preserving the character of the original monumental building. The fully equipped CREO kitchen is designed for everyday cooking, from simple breakfasts to shared dinners using local ingredients, with a comfortable dining area for gathering together.
Sleeping arrangements are suitable for families or small groups. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds prepared with hotel-grade linens and ergonomic pillows. The living area includes a sofa bed for additional guests or relaxed afternoons. For evenings indoors, the living room is equipped with a large Smart TV, and each bedroom has its own Smart TV, supported by fast Wi-Fi.
Arrival is smooth and independent with 24/7 digital self check-in via VIKEY, with no keys and no waiting. For beach days, beach towels, a parasol, and a cooling bag are provided so you can easily reach Pittulongu, Bados, or other nearby beaches. Secure gated parking is available nearby on request, and a public parking area is also located close to the property.
Every guest receives access to the RENTAL12 Digital Guidebook curated by Floriana and Kristina, including house information, parking and ZTL guidance, taxi and airport contacts, hospitals and pharmacies, and a selection of restaurants, cafés, beaches, markets, and local recommendations, always updated and easy to use on your phone.
A welcome box is provided with local wine, spring water, and traditional Sardinian products such as pecorino and artisanal sausage. Home essentials are ready on arrival, including coffee, tea, olive oil, and basic cooking supplies, along with practical items to settle in comfortably without a supermarket visit. Families may request baby equipment free of charge, including a baby bath, changing station, monitor, children’s dinnerware, toys, books, and a stroller.
