This was the best price we found for a short stay in Dublin which is a very expensive city. We arrived pretty tired and the room was delayed a little over an hour due to the cleaning taking too long, which was unfortunate. However, the receptionist was very nice and waived a charge we had for upgrading our rooms to two beds because of the delay so we really appreciated that. One big issue was the floors of the room. They were sticky and walking on them was very unpleasant, which is why I would rate this lower for cleanliness.

Very nice property with modern rooms and appliances. Very minimalist clever design for storage usage. The property is in the heart of the Grafton area so it’s close to just about everything. There is a lot of traffic until later in the evening and people on staff were very helpful.
THE STUDIOS ARE VERY HARD TO FIND. But if you find the Bruxelles pub, and stand next to the Phil Lynott statue, turn around and look directly across the street it is right next to McDaid’s pub on the left hand side is a door into the studios. Of course the door does not Say Grafton St., Studios, it took us half an hour to figure out how to get in the door and which door it was. We finally called and they told us to look for the door that says “CITYBREAK APARTMENTS “. That’s the entry.
Do not be concerned that this is such a high traffic and noisy area. The studios have air-conditioning and double pane windows that shut out virtually all the sound. This was very nice.
