„Had a very nice 2 week stay. The unit is a good size, comfortable bed, good kitchen, and of course, the great view from the balcony. The area is quiet and a short walk to the north end of Orient Bay beach. Jen was very kind to replace the beach towels when we had the original ones stolen. That was very much appreciated. „This cute modern duplex is truly close to the Village and Bikini Beach, a short walk. There were 4 adults and that was fine, although there is a 3rd bedroom it would have been cramped with 6 people. While there are 2 showers, there is only one toilet and that was the only downside. Furnishings are new, modern, and simple. Mgmt response time was fine. Look forward to returning to lovely Orient Beach.“

„Our fourth trip to SXM. Appartment as described and really nice. Moune and her husband perfect hosts. But this year really water problems on french side. During 17 days only two days with water full running. So better contact first Moune before booking and ask for appartments with a cistern.“

„Great cozy spot located literally at the beach. We enjoyed our stay here so much. When the entire French side of the island water access was shut off Christmas Eve, day and Boxing day it was only an hour before for my host showed up and switch to their external water tank. While friends and family nearby had to resort to lugging pool water to use in the toilet and bottled water for drinking,we had no problems cooking meals and taking hot showers after a day at the beach. „The location is excellent. Two minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the nude beach. A special discount for beach chairs and umbrellas at WAI, just minutes away. The location is close to the Orient Village restaurants. A small grocery store is minutes walk from the property. Check in and check out was seamless. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to experience Orient Bay. “

„Property was just as advertised. Beautiful location. Restaurants 100 yards from room. Not all restaurants were open as it was slow season but enough to have a variety. Only issue with room was no silverware or cooking utensils. Bought soom at nearby Super U though. Not a big deal. “

Upstairs unit has spacious sea view balcony with fan, is comfortable and well equipped - kitchen utensils, beach towels, good AC, water filter on frig dispenser is a big help. The place is larger than we expected, full 1 bed with spacious living and kitchen, didn’t cook during stay as the convenience of the village restaurants are only a few minutes of a walk.“
