3-bedroom condo on the 2nd floor in Kissimmee, close to Disney.
Recently updated, sleeps 8. Family-friendly gated community with pool, water park, arcade, gym, theater, and playground. King bed in master bedroom, queen bed in Tinkerbell-themed room, 2 twin beds in Marvel-themed room. Pull out sofa in the living room. Washer/dryer, balcony, queen-sized pull-out bed in living room. It is located in a family-friendly gated community with a variety of amenities.

The condo itself is beautifully decorated and furnished. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is decorated in a Tinkerbell theme. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is decorated in a Marvel theme. All bedrooms have TVs. Finally, there is also a queen-sized pull-out bed in the living room (in the common room), so the condo can sleep up to 8 guests.. In the master there is a desk for those that may need a private space to work. We have complimentary wi-fi.

There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

The condo is on the second floor and there is an elevator in the building. There is a small balcony where you can relax at a 2 person bistro table.

This condo is a self-catering condo, we provide basic supplies in a starter kit to get you started during your stay, but please note you may need to purchase additional supplies. We provide a little coffee/tea, shampoo, conditioner, a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent packs, a couple of rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom and a roll of paper towels. Should you need more there is Walmart 5 minutes away via car.

For our younger guests we have a pack n play (sheets included) and a highchair. We also have a toybox with some toys and games for 3+.

This condo is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the theme parks. You can cook your own meals in the kitchen, or enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants in the area. You can also take advantage of the many amenities in the community, such as the pool, water park, and arcade. Windsor Hills has something for everyone!

You are welcome in our updated 3 bed 2 bath condo and please take advantage of the clubhouse, pool (less than a 10-minute walk from the unit), hot tub, waterslides, arcade, gym and more! You'll need to stop in the clubhouse and get a wristband to use these amazing amenities. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 10 AM

While we will be available for any questions during your stay, we unfortunately don't live in Florida so we have an amazing property manager that is local and can answer any questions that you might have and if there is an issue she can help take care of it
