Bahama Bay Resort is a Caribbean style Vacasa Resort featuring lush tropical landscaping with recreation and BBQ areas, water features and a Beach Area, 5-Pools and Kids Splash Park Area, making it a truly beautiful, relaxing place to stay. For a little peace-and-tranquillity, away from the hustle of the Theme Parks, this is the perfect location.

Our Condo in located in Building 16, Condo 109, on the First Floor (1 flight of stairs).

Our Deluxe Large Condominium is furnished to a very high Premium Standard & fitted with all the latest appliances throughout, including air conditioning in all rooms, 3 large bedrooms, consisting of 1x King Bed and 1x Queen Size Bed and 2x Single Beds, all with TVs. The Lounge offers a Large 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.

2x Large Bathrooms, one is connected to the master bedroom. One Pull Out Sofa bed in the lounge and 2 private balconies, overlooking the lush landscaping and parking areas.

The resort offers 4 large heated pools, 4 Jacuzzi spas, a Children's Splash Play Area, a fitness center, Sauna, Health Spa, Clubhouse with Restaurant and Poolside bar and grill, snack bar, also a mini cinema and games rooms including internet cafe with high-speed internet access. There is also a small shop with some grocery supplies.

A sandy beach, with Volley Ball area, Pool and Jacuzzis, with its own lake, is ideal for the kids to play and the adults to relax after a day at the theme parks.

If you’re driving to our Bahama Bay® Resort & Spa, you’ll find us just off Highway 27 in Davenport, a few miles north of I-4. If you’ll be flying to Florida, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 28 miles away.

Spring Break 2024
I took my granddaughters ages 4and 2 to Magic Kingdom over Spring Break. This condo was exactly what we needed. It was spacious, clean and close to everything we needed, especially the near by Walmart. The kids loved the playground and the pool. The two balconies were very nice as well. I have no complaints about this unit and would stay here again. Thank you for allowing me and my family to stay here. We loved it!!!

Great stay!
The owners were very responsive and helpful. The property is so nice that we're thinking of a 2 month stay next year. The unit itself is clean but a little dated. That, however, did not stop us from enjoying ourselves! Be sure to bring extra toiletries and care items as there are only a single item supplied. Also, cooking pans and skillets are limited and we had to buy own own for this stay. I would recommend this unit and I would recommend these owners. You'll not be disappointed.

Favorite place to stay!
We love to stay in Bahama Bay while visiting Disney World and this condo is just perfect for our family. The resort has lots to do on our days off from the parks to keep the kiddos busy. This is our second time staying in this condo. We love the location within the resort and the owners make it comfy cozy and have everything you need to make the stay pleasant. Looking forward to booking next year already!!

Awesome stay!
This condo met all our needs and was such a good value for such a nice resort! The check in process as well as checkout was seamless. The condo is located conveniently to all nearby attractions. The condo is a little dated but was very comfortable and had all the comforts of home and was well stocked with kitchen items. Will definitely choose this condo in the future! Children Girls Trip
I have to let anyone that is interested know that The Communications With The Management of this property was HORRIBLE. I did not get my check-in information until 11 hours before I was going to check-in. I emailed the Management 24 hours before me arriving to the unit. Regarding not receiving the check-in information multiple times. I did not get a response. I tried calling the management company. They didn't answer my call. I had to call VRBO regarding this and the representative of VRBO had To Contact Them. VRBO did not get a response from them while I was on the phone. I received check in information at 3:45am the day of my trip. That's not the only time I emailed the Management Company. I also emailed them regarding making sure I had a reservation. I had to do that multiple times also. I had to call them. The wife did answer my call and reassured me that I did have a reservation. But I had to emailed them multiple times and call before I got a response. Ok now let's talk about the unit. The unit was Good. You can tell that they made some updates. The curtains were fresh out the package. I know this because of the wrinkles. The Living Room and Bedrooms furniture looks New. They still need to update the ceiling fans and some light fixtures. Also the microwave. The Carpet Is That DoDo Brown Color UGH. You walk in the unit and that's the first thing you see Not a good look. The Reservation Desk Employees were Great. They response to me needing more essential like dishwasher and laundry detergent immediately. The Property Is Nice For The Children. The Girls Loved The Heated Pool and The Hot Tub. Rating The Unit And Resort ONLY I'll Give it A 4. But Rating the Owners/Management Company. I'll have to give them a 1 Rating.

Highly recommend this property. If you are considering booking, go ahead and submit the reservation now. The overall property has lots of amenities. The pools and hot tubs were nicely heated and well-maintained. All of the staff we interacted with was very professional and friendly. The unit itself is remarkably clean, including mostly brand new furniture. Communication with the host was clear, prompt, and friendly not to mention quick. The unit has everything you will need!!! We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Disney!!!

Everything you could need for a relaxing break.
This is the second time staying at The Bahama Bay resort, First time at this condo. The property is a nice large size, very clean & comfortable with more than you could need for a stay. Michelle & Andy were great with communication & even delayed some deliveries so they wouldn't interrupt our stay. The resort is excellent. I highly recommend the Cenote day spa. The only slight niggle was the lovely big fridge, because it is so big (which is nice) the fridge door opens into the wall, so it can't be fully opened & because I am short I couldn't reach into the fridge. Its not a deal breaker though as the doors have deep shelves & I can always ask the other half to get things I couldn't reach. Overall excellent stay & would happily stay again. Great location, plenty of parking I would recommend this property to others & our local friends love visiting us at the condo.

Unfortunately I could never recommend this property to anyone. It was one of the worst stays we have ever had. We spent 3 nights without air conditioning. Temps inside were as high as 83 degrees. We notified maintenance and they kept saying it would be fixed the next day. It never was. I reached out to the owner and she made it sound like she was sorry and it would be fixed. I believed her at first, until I read the review of the person that stayed in the property before us. They had the same issue with the air conditioning. If the owner and property manager knew the air conditioner was broken, why would they allow us to stay and take our money?!?. I messaged the owner after the 3rd night with no air and said we would like a partial refund. No response from her in the last 24 hours. . I would not trust this owner and definitely do not rent this property.
