Will never stay at Championsgate ever again or at a property managed by Vacasa.
This is our 2nd time in Championsgate, and was highly disappointed. Property: The master bathroom toilet holder was broken off the wall. Outdoor table had melted areas. Walls were damaged. Dresser on 1st floor had many missing knobs. Beds were uncomfortable & extremely squeaky. My older children discovered the storage room that has a crib & high chair. Smelled terrible like water damage & mold. High chair was very dirty and growing mold on it. Private pool was filled with flying ants & gnats & hair from previous guests. Requested help with the pool filter & never received the correct instructions to turn on the filter. Was promised a call when they were going to send someone out, never received a call back & not convinced anyone had shown up as there were still many bugs in pool the following day. Figured out how skim the pool without an actual skimmer. Had several issues with check in process & property. The clubhouse never received my family's names as members that are staying there despite showing my reservation & was not allowed admittance for 2 days. I contacted Vacasa & they resubmitted our info. Shortly after I finally received my pass to go through the main security gate on my 2nd day. Community: No one followed rules of the Championsgate. Neighbors were extremely noisy, would wake us out of our sleep at 2-3AM, walls are extremely thin between the townhomes. The clubhouse doesn't enforce quiet pool & encourage large families to go to lazy river to jump & play.
