Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?

Perfect family getaway
This property was great for my large family. It had something to do for all ages. The pool, game room and theater were a big hit. There was plenty of room for everyone. The check in and check out process was very easy. Would stay here again.

Fun weekend
This house felt like a home away from home. Excellent communication from booking to checkout. Pool with an actual hot tub was amazing. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. Only complaint would be the bed mattresses. King mattresses are very high and very soft. Queen mattresses are like hollow boxes.

Perfection
This house was utterly perfect. We went with my family of 5, my in laws, our best friends (family of 4) and one of their parents and we all fit perfectly. There was a bedroom for every adult couple and the one single, a bed room for our friend's 2 kids, and all 3 of mine fit in the Moana room. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and not be ok top of each other. 1000% would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the home. Our group staying at the home consisted of 3 families ages 18 months to 50 also our extended family lives locally and visited us for dinner. Highlights of the house were the pool/hot tub and the theater room. The TVs were easy to work. Watching nightly movies and the Super Bowl in the theater room was lovely. We also enjoyed the outdoor space with extra seating TV and a hot hot tub and pool after a long day at the park.Our feedback was well received and the booking and management company were great to work with.

Great Stay
We rented this house for our trip to Disney. The house was beautiful, very clean. They made it very clear how to check in, so even though other reviews said it was hard to find the right gate, it was very easy for us. We did pay to have the pool heated, but we were there during a cold spell so it took many days for it to heat up. They were super communicative. Any issue we had they responded quickly. We even forgot an item there and they had it ready to ship to us. Definitely one of the better places we’ve rented. Highly recommend.

Great value and as described. Would come again!
The home was updated, clean, and accurately described. The kids liked the themed bedrooms. The movie theatre room is a converted garage and it was a little more challenging to control the temp in there. It was about a 25-30 minute drive to the Disney parks each day. The only hiccup was choosing the right map route to get us to the front gate or Westside gate and not the back gate. This was described to us in the intro email to get us there from route 4 but when taking other routes, it wasn't as clear.

Great house!
This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving week with family! We had ages from 12-80 and it was perfect for all in our group. House was big enough for all of us to have plenty of room to hang out in the living spaces, out by the pool and a table the was able to fit all 9 of us for Thanksgiving dinner! The best part was the pool and movie theatre! A lot of games for the kids and adults to enjoy and can I just say- Ms PacMan game console! The house was all it was represented to be! The only downside was the location, a lot of cars in the neighborhood and parked all on the streets and neighbors were a bit loud although they also appeared to be rentals and to be somewhat expected with it being around the holidays. As far as the property managers, they were easy to contact and responded quickly.

Loved it!
This property was exactly what it said it was snd we loved it. The pool and outdoor area were great with a nice size pool and a lot of seating. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed to cook and clean after ourselves. The rooms were all very clean and spacious and decorated beautifully.Those murals, wow! The game area was so fun but our absolute favorite was the movie room. We had a movie night and it was the best.We had a great time with our family here and can't wait to stay here again. Than you!

Fun house
My family along with 2 other families rented this home while in Orlando for a soccer tournament. We all really enjoyed the home. The pool was perfect for all of us and the games upstairs kept the kids entertained for a while. The theater room was a very nice add to our stay too. The house was very clean and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. We had 11 people stay and we had plenty of room. The price was good too. Overall we were all very happy with this home. Only thing I would say is when you get to the gate to get your pass into the neighborhood the line is long and very backed up. So be prepared to wait. We would very much like to stay in the home again when we go back to Orlando!

Best House Ever
My family and I travel to Orlando often for vacation and this is one of the best, if not thee best home we have stayed in yet. We traveled with 6 children and 4 adults and everyone LOVED the home. The neighborhood was great. What we loved most was that there was a shuttle that picked us up and took us to the amenity centers. The in home movie theater and game room was WONDERFUL. The pool and jacuzzi was also great. There is nothing negative I could say about this home and we will be back.

An excellent stay with everything you need!
We stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute. All of the bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable, a private bath for everyone, and a fully stocked kitchen make for a great spot. Our kids were obsessed with the movie theater, Lady Pac-Man, and of course the pool and hot tub. The water park was the icing on the cake! We had a couple of maintenance issues but the Property Management team was amazing and responsive. Everything was resolved quickly and they were absolutely great about it. You don't have to leave the property to enjoy your vacation, but we went to the Central Florida Zoo, Lake Louisa State Park, and the Orlando Science Center during our stay. There's so much to do outside of the theme parks. Enjoy!

I was most impressed by the floor plan and comfort of the house. So many nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. The gathering places were also large enough for us all to spend time together. Fun Family Vacation
Our families loved being able to go swim in the pool then when bored they could go in and play games or watch a movies in the theater! The kids had best time which made this vacation that much more enjoyable for the parents! A Publix was just down the road which made it easy to run and grab some last minute food items! The house was clean and has more than enough space and extras for us to use! Would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a fun vacation!
