Annual Family Vacation, But Property Manager Just Did Not Care
We arrived and all seemed okay. Place was large and spacious which matched the descriptions. Per the check-in requirements, we reviewed the home for any problems/issues to report. We called Maintenance and reported lights that were out, broken tables, etc. They quickly responded and fixed. However, we requested a heated pool. The first 3 days of our 10 day stay we had heat. Then we reached out about it. Maintenance came by to turned it up. Still nothing. I responded that it seemed broken and since we were paying extra could somebody please check. Nothing. The pool guy came by on day 9 to clean and confirmed it was broken. He called to report it. Still nothing. No refund, no apology. We also had issues with the A:C the last night. Maintenance did come out but it never got cool after that. The places was clean but the carpet needs to be replaced. It’s truly a shame we had such an issue with the staff because otherwise the house was perfect for us and only would have dinged the carpet.
