„Overall, this is a very nice place to stay in Memphis. Very nice condo, very clean, secure parking, which is very important! We would certainly stay there again. The only caveat that I would like to let the property owner know about lack of soap for showering, several lightbulbs were burnt out, etc. Minor issues which could be addressed very easily for routine, maintenance and upkeep.“

„We love the Hardy area and this little apartment was located perfectly to enjoy all things in an easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and had all amenities needed. „Lovely little condo with everything a couple needs to vacay in the south. Best equipped kitchen I have ever seen on Vrbo! „This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. I would stay here again.“
