„Pros: “breakfast on us” coupons, fun working water slides, enjoyable meals at tavern and aaltos on site. Clean room! Cons: Front desk could use some customer service training. No smiles. No warm welcome. Have to ask questions you’d expect them to just provide in their welcome at check in. Down to one elevator, other under repairs. „Checking-in and was welcomed by incredibly friendly staff. Checking-in was easy, key card access to all the rooms and elevators made us feel very safe around the building. The room was modern with a good view of downtown, bathroom doors were a pain to deal with as they didn’t close completely. The bed was not very comfortable and they left us with very little blankets. Overall great experience having a restaurant and bar, and good cafe on the main level. Would come back again! “
