This bright new home is a perfect base to experience all that Pagosa Springs has to offer; steps to the San Juan River, a few minutes walking or biking along the river bike path to downtown restaurants, one block to Yamaguchi Park, and a short drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area – the most snow in Colorado! The 1500 square foot home has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 6. This beautiful home boasts a fully stocked chef’s kitchen that opens to a living area, a scenic covered front porch with swing, central heat and air conditioning (a rare amenity!). Direct access to home from insulated finished garage with ample room for gear storage. Warm-up after a day in the mountains next to your living room gas fireplace and leather furniture. Brand new washer and dryer. Two large flat-screen smart TVs with satellite television and WIFI. Artisan artisans built this home with reclaimed Kentucky horse farm hardwood floors, Amish white oak kitchen table with benches, and hand-carved woodwork. All mattresses are Tuft and Needle. Ground floor master with king bed and private en-suite with large shower and double vanity. The second floor has bedroom two with a queen bed and mountain views and bedroom three with two twin beds. Between the two upstairs bedrooms is a full bathroom with a bath/shower and double vanities.

HOME LAYOUT

The inviting, open floor plan is a wonderful space to share time with your friends and/or family. As you enter this home, the living area is the first thing you see with the stunning custom kitchen just behind. There is a convenient half bathroom in this living area. The master bedroom and bathroom suite will be all the way to the back of the home on the first floor. You will find ample closet space, private TV, and a large bathroom with two vanities and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The laundry room is located just to the right before you enter the master bedroom. Starting back at the front door, you will turn right to an elegant stairway that will lead to the upstairs, where your first guest bedroom will be on the right. A comfortable queen bed and great views out the various windows will await. Continue left, and you will walk through a short hallway with large windows to catch a peek at the San Juan Mountains! The large guest bathroom will be direct to your left with two vanities and a shower/tub combination. Continue to the end of the hallway, where you will find the 3rd and final bedroom. Two twin beds are provided separately for your convenience. Large windows will give you a sense of being in a nest!

Great Cozy House very close to town
We loved the house. The floor plan is a great use of space! The house felt very spacious. We in particular loved that the master bedroom was away from the other bedrooms for privacy from our teenagers. I had great communication with the manager of the property and everything went very smoothly.

Amazing Location
Amazing location and very well kept property with an excellent location to everything in Pagosa. Family of 5 with 3 kids under 11 and we would absolutely stay again. Location was perfect with a short bike ride (house had 5 bikes in garage) to downtown Pagosa. Kids were able to tube the river, swam, rode bikes, and fished. House was very clean and spacious. 5 star for sure and we have stayed at numerous VRBO properties

My daughter and I came for a little girls trip. The house was exactly as described - SUPER clean and in a good location. The host was super communicative and addressed any issues we had; which were super small (needed a folding chair for desk work) that was it! We loved this place and were sad to leave Pagosa Springs. Highly recommend staying here ;)

Fall trip to Pagosa
The house is very nice with beautiful wood work, but there is no outside space and no view except that of an empty construction lot. The living room TV did not work. But the property manager was very responsive -came and verified and had someone come fix it the next day. There was no option for recycling at the property which would have been nice. And there were no basic spices such as salt and pepper. The house was generally clean but more attention to details is needed- the fireplace area had many cob webs and lots of dust along with window sills. Also it was stated that two small cars can park in the garage since there is no street parking allowed, but the outdoor gas grill was in the garage making it impossible to put two cars in. The side of the house is on a busy street that gets loud very early in the morning. It is a couple of blocks away from a very nice park with Pickleball courts. It met our needs for this trip.

The property is lovely and new. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available. We appreciate the responsivness from Jaime, the contact, throughout the rental process. The owners are mindful about keeping the house clean and tidy. Lots of room to be together or separate which was nice. It is fun having bikes available and great having a washer and dryer on the property.

Long Weekend - Girls Getaway
The house is within a 5-minute drive of Pagos Springs' main street shops/parks etc. Grocery stores (Walmart and City Market) are within a 10/15-minute drive. Property management communication is very good. Neighborhood is mostly quiet with some traffic coming by on the side of the house as it is a corner lot. Wind chimes from a house across the street were surprisingly noisy but we were either out for the day or inside once we returned. Front of house faces east so the porch with swing and the driveway are shaded in the afternoon which is really nice when you come back after a day out. We enjoyed staying in this clean, pet-free, new build house that was generously stocked with everything we needed. Lots of space for the 4 of us. We felt very comfortable here.

It's a very short walk to the river and also a short drive to downtown and the hot springs. Perfect Pagosa Spot
Wonderful spot for my family of 4. New home with all of the amenities. Seconds from everything. Only small negative was the house sits on the corner of a fairly busy street. However, Pagosa is such a small quiet town that it wasn’t an issue. We will definitely be back!
