HOUSE LAYOUT:
San Juan Cabin sits on a half acre tucked on a hillside surrounded by towering pines and rambling oak brush. Though it is only 10 minutes from Pagosa’s downtown, it is fantastically peaceful with lots of wildlife, serenity, and excellent stars.
Upon entering the home you are greeted by the spacious dining and living room with great outdoor views, games galore, a large screen TV and cozy gas stove. The fully stocked kitchen is located behind the dining room and directly to the left of the living room is a full bathroom and primary bedroom with a Queen bed and TV. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms and a powder room. The large second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom is perfect for kids with two twin beds and a TV.
The large front deck boasts a propane grill, plenty of outdoor seating, and terrific views! The soft vanilla scent of the pines envelops you as you take in the beauty and peace of the San Juan Mountains. This location is excellent for stargazing and wildlife sightings. Outside on the left side of the house is a picnic table and fire pit for relaxing in the evening making smores or just enjoying our beautiful mountain home.
