The house has three floors and can accommodate 8 occupants.

On the ground floor there is a toilet, large new kitchen and a large living room with access to the terrace, which has a barbecue and from which there is access to the communal area.

On the first floor there is 1 suite bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms with separate bathroom.

The second floor is an open room, without door, with a double bed and sun terrace.

Sea views throughout the house, in the rooms facing the sea.

Pleasant communal area with garden and pool, very familiar.

To access the house there is a good flight of stairs.

It is at 800 meters from the beach.

Parking area for one car without direct access to the house.

We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property. There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption. The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation.
