Die Küche ist offen und geräumig und lädt zu einem Ess- und Wohnbereich ein. Gut geeignet für Ihre Mahlzeiten mit allem, was Sie brauchen sollten. Die Küche verfügt über einen Esstisch mit vier Stühlen und einen Esstisch mit Platz für sechs Personen.

Komfortables Wohnzimmer (neues Sofa mit Schlafsofa in voller Größe) mit großem Flachbildfernseher. und Kabel, mit Blick auf den Meerblick, während Sie sich drinnen entspannen.

Hauptschlafzimmer Boost Glasschiebetür für privaten Zugang zum und vom Balkon. Großes Hauptbadezimmer mit separaten Waschbecken, Gartenwanne und begehbarer Dusche.

Die Gästezimmer verfügen über einen Flachbildfernseher. Gästeschlafzimmer 1 verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Gästezimmer 2 verfügt über eine Königin mit Bad für diejenigen, die sich nicht entscheiden können, wer den Meister bekommen soll!

Excellent Stay!
We had an excellent experience at this location, just as advertised the Condo was spacious, quiet, clean, and well equipped. The location is right on the beach and is enclosed by a gated community providing a very nice club house, two heated pools, a decent gym, and guard stationed for added security. We found communications with property manager to be excellent, very quick to respond to our questions/requests. It was a very nice getaway, we enjoyed our stay,

Amazing property
This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in. The balcony overlooks the ocean and the view is just breathtaking. The condo was very clean and well apportioned. The big plus is dogs are allowed. The property itself was very convenient for having pets. There is a large grassy area by the ocean and lots of sidewalks to walk your furry pets.

Great Family Getaway
It is challenging to find dog-friendly, direct ocean view condos with three bedrooms to accommodate us and our adult children. We have found the condos at Cinnamon Beach a great place to gather for family celebrations. They are spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and requests.

Beautiful view and spacious condo
We really enjoyed our stay! We visited to celebrate our mom’s birthday (3 adults) and had a great time exploring the beach, pools, and local restaurants. In the condo, it was great to each have our own room and bathroom. The view and sound of the ocean waves cannot be beat. The condo is spacious and quiet/peaceful. The kitchen is supplied to be able to cook full meals. All appliances work as expected. Our only complaint is that the main living area floors are in need of a deep clean: crumbs and hairballs on the area rugs (we immediately notified the property manager - who offered to send someone the next day, but we found a vacuum and took care of it) and some stuck on food/dirt on the kitchen floors. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean. I’d also recommend better quality towels (very small, smelled musty/old) and definitely adding bathroom rugs (even machine washable ones) - there are no rugs in any bathrooms and it is quite slick when getting out of the showers/bath. We had to use towels. Also, I’d recommend bringing your own toilet paper (one ply is supplied). Bring shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion - none are supplied (this was kind of disappointing especially for the cost paid to stay here). We spent most days lounging on the patio and loved it. The two lounge chairs need to be replaced - holes in them and falling apart at the hinges. Overall, we would recommend this property, there are just a couple of updates to make it exceed expectations.

A Happy Birthday
I brought my wife to St. Augustine and the Palm Coast for her Birthday. We had a wonderful time! The condo was in a perfect location for visiting St. Augustine with beautiful views of the Atlantic. Everything in the condo was great. We were lucky, we had beautiful weather and caught St. Augustine’s Night of Lights with the Christmas Boat Parade. It was awesome! We will be back, we unfortunately missed the drawings for the row boat and canoe that were made by hand by the craftsmen/women at the light house. They were raffled off the night before we went, so we will be back to visit St. Augustine and the Palm Coast to get our raffle ticket for next year. Perfect reason to come stay at the condo again! Thanksgiving Stay
Our family has been celebrating Thanksgiving at Ocean Hammock condos for 10 years. Overall, our stay this year was good, but was not what we have experienced in the past. This particular condo had a few run-down things that are worth noting. The toilet seat in the master bath was wobbly and broken; there was a cap missing on the balcony porch post; there was not a lock on the sliding glass door to the porch; the front door did not latch and would only close by locking the door. We will continue to come back to these condos, although we might choose a different condo.

Nice view but needs to replace worn out king mattress in master and living room seating furniture.
The location was great. The view was beautiful. Unfortunately, the seating furniture in the living area of the condo was old, worn and very uncomfortable. The rug in the living room was all pilled up after what I would guess has been a very, very long lifetime. The worst part was the king size mattress in the master bedroom had some sort of cheap foam topper on it and was unbearable to sleep on for my wife and I. The first night we sunk down into it and could hardly climb out the next morning. It was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on and I let the leasing agent know the next day. The 2nd night I slept on the full size bed in the second bedroom and my wife slept on a single bed in the third bedroom because none of the remaining beds was big enough for the both of us (I’m 6’3”). Very unpleasant. Lastly, there was no way to secure the front door from the inside which was a bother to me. Even though Cinnamon Beach is a nice area it doesn’t mean they should skip basic safety measures and precautions like you would anywhere. You could use the lock that opens the door from the outside, but, there was no way to secure the door from the inside so it couldn’t be opened from the outside once we were in the condo. So I pushed a chair up against the door from the inside to keep it secure. Frankly, I was surprised, and somewhat disappointed, that VRBO doesn’t have higher safety standards for all of their approved VRBO properties, however, the leasing agent told me they do it all the time there at Cinnamon Beach. Regardless, the front door needs to be fixed so it can be securely locked from the inside of the condo. We ended up leaving a full day early because we didn’t want to spend anymore time on the uncomfortable furniture and/or have another night with those unacceptable multi-room sleeping arrangements for my wife and I. After notifying the leasing agent, in writing, about our unpleasant experience, and our overall disappointment with the condition of the furniture in the condo, I was gratuitously given a very small refund on my 3-day payment even though the condo was clearly not comfortable and not nearly up to the high standard we paid for. It was not a good time and it turned out to be a terrible vacation value for us.

Don't miss the sunrises!
This was my third stay at Cinnamon Beach Condos, the first time staying in this unit, and it was perfect. The views are amazing from the top corner unit, and if you're an early riser, the sunrises will not disappoint! The balcony is great for sitting, having your coffee, listening to the ocean, and watching the sunrise. The beach is clean, with miles of walking in either direction. The community is quiet and convenient to many local places of interest. We will be back!

Perfect Sunrise
As soon as you turn the corner after walking in the front door, you are in awe of the beautiful ocean view! The condo is very spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. My family and I had a great time, much needed R & R for sure! The beach was great, water temp was perfect. My husband and son saw a sea turtle and lots of fish. The pool was nice and refreshing. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean, and in the evening saw some dolphins, that was awesome! Melanie was an awesome host!! Very friendly and excellent communication. My family and I can’t wait for our next vacation, we’ll be back for sure!!

Great vacation
Great condo - much more spacious than I thought! The 800 building had direct access to the beach and the corner unit balcony was well used! We used the kitchen and in condo washer and dryer daily! It was a hike to the pools - maybe an 8 minute walk but the two children and all their stuff contributed to that. We will bring bikes next time! Melanie provided quick and helpful feedback any time I had questions! We will be back!

Ahhh, so beautiful & relaxing!
My family has had a very tough 2 years. We all needed a vacation so much, and this beautiful, spacious condo was the perfect location for it! The ocean/ beach views and sounds from the wide balcony were wonderful, so much that my busy adult son said he could easily live on that balcony. The sleeping arrangements were great, master bedroom with a king bed & 2 vanity, spa tub & shower bathroom, 2nd Queen bedroom with adjoining bathroom and 3rd bedroom with twin beds & it's own bath right outside bdrm door. Beautiful place! Thank you so much for this much needed opportunity to relax, recoup & just breathe the ocean air in such a beautiful place! (Our dog, Max, had a great time, too and the dog walk area was very convenient, right beside our bldg.)

Beautiful. Great location
This place was beautiful and very roomy. We learned that we also didn't have to take the toll road to get around. That would have been nice to know before arriving. But it was very nice and we had a great time. Would love to go back.

Excellent property and great location.
I had a fantastic experience at this property. It was a quiet and friendly community with ample parking and a convenient parking deck if you choose. Condo was spacious and had everything necessary to feel like home. Big balcony with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Overall great property.
