Alluring Palms has been handsomely updated down to every last classy fixture, faucet, and wall sconce. Wall-to-wall sliding doors marry the interior with the well-planned outdoor living space where you can relax and play poolside. The backyard escape has all the luxury amenities to enjoy while you are surrounded by dramatic mountain views and towering palm trees.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The stunning and spacious backyard will invite guests to take advantage of the sunny California weather and picturesque mountainscape backdrop. Beautifully landscaped and thoughtfully appointed, the outdoor living space has everything!

Take a dip in the large pool, soak in the spa, or relax under the umbrellas in the poolside chaise lounges. The covered patio just outside the kitchen doors has a large alfresco dining area where you can sit back in the shade. Grill up a meal on the propane BBQ, or lounge by the firepit with a cocktail. There are many options. You can even play some cornhole on the lawn! The abundant trees, shrubs, and wrap-around fence will provide ample privacy in the outdoor oasis.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Alluring Palms boasts a stunning interior and a playful vibe. The living room provides a cozy wrap-around couch and seating area with a large wall-mounted TV. The dining/kitchen area is spacious and chic with a large island, striking marble-style counters, and a counter-height sitting area to complement the comfortable dining table for six. A full range of stainless appliances, a coffee maker, dishwasher, gas stove, and oven will make cooking for a group easy.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the three comfortable bedrooms is creatively decorated and feels like stepping into a hip boutique hotel. There are lavish colorful linens and pillows, pops of art, and decorative touches throughout.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sizeable walk-in shower. Dress your best in front of the double-sink vanity. While you get ready for the day enjoy the fresh air and bright light from the sliding doors that open onto the patio.

You’ll find everything you need to feel at home with a wall-mounted tv, designated work space, sitting area, ceiling fan, and thoughtful bedside wall sconces.
The playful second bedroom has a vibrant pop of wallpaper behind the inviting King-size bed giving a tropical retro feel. You’ll sleep well with push hotel-style linens and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom number three keeps the on-trend decor going with eye-catching geometric wallpaper, a queen-size bed, and a ceiling fan. The elegant second full bath with a walk-in shower is just across the hall from bedrooms two and three. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer off the dining room.

THE LOCATION
Tucked into the centrally located Vista Norte neighborhood you are in the perfect spot to take advantage of the Palm Springs surrounding areas.

You’ll be a three-minute drive to the closest grocery store. Five-minute drive to the nearby Agua Caliente Casino where you can try your luck at some slots or have a drink at the bustling bar and live music venue. Palm Canyon drive is almost at your doorstep where you have access to all the Palm Springs attractions, local restaurants, shopping, golf, and much more. Downtown Palm Springs is less than a ten-minute drive. Multiple trailheads only minutes from the house give the perfect access to enjoy the outdoors on a trail.
