We have eight off-street parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis; however, there is plenty of free street parking on Grenfell Rd as well.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis with 8 spots provided onsite.
☼ Quiet Hours:
Amplified music is not allowed outside of your hotel room. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the rooms).
Night time hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry.
☼ POOL TIME: Pool time is one of the most popular activities to enjoy in Palm Springs. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period of time is one way to disturb the neighbors. Please be thoughtful. Pool hours are from 8AM-10PM daily.

Direct Bookings:
Cancel anytime up to 48 hours before check-in, minus a 5% processing fee . For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, a one-night penalty will apply.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of this property. We’ve installed a Wynd sentry smoke detector in each room, which detect recreational smoke.
