You'll have the best vacation at our ground floor, newly renovated and tastefully decorated condo just a short walk to the beach. Our condo promises to be a comfortable retreat, convenient to the max, and overflowing the amenities to keep you as entertained as your heart desires.
This unit features 1 King size bed in the bedroom, and a set of bunk beds in the hallway. This is a ground floor unit and just a very short walk to the beach. Our community is directly across the street from the beach! Our backdoor opens up directly to one of the 4 pools!

GUEST ACCESS:
When you’re here, the whole condo is yours! You’ll also have access to all amenities within the community! We provide most sporting equipment listed above. Beach access is just for guests of our community and one other resort.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each (for guests 6 years of age or older) and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee that you can pick up at the front desk as well.

**GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT.
**NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
The neighborhood:

☼ Guests are required to purchase wrist bands for $20 a piece (for guests 6 years of age or older) and it will give you access to all of the neighborhood amenities, including 4 pools (1 heated seasonally pool), 1 hot tub, 1 kiddie pool, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Shuffleboard, and 18 hole Putt Putt.
Getting Around:
☼4 minute walk to the beach with beach access
☼6 minute drive to Pier Park
☼10-15 minute drive to Sunnyside, Inlet Beach and 30A
☼5 minute drive to grocery store
☼17 minute drive to NW Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP)
House Rules:
☼ Unregistered quests and visitors not allowed
☼ Quiet time hours are 11pm-7am
☼ No drugs, smoking, vaping in home or on patio
☼Guests must follow HOA Rules and Guidelines

Because we want this to be comfortable and relaxing for all community guests, failure to follow these rules could result in the immediate cancellation of your stay.
