Newly renovated, the condo boasts new bathrooms, new flooring throughout, and new appliances in the kitchen. Beautifully decorated with rustic-chic decor, unwind in the living room detailed with a queen sleeper sofa and love seat -- perfect for game nights or watching a movie on the 55” smart TV. Snuggle up in the armchair next to the wood-burning fireplace. Step out to the balcony through the sliding glass door to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Indulge your inner chef in the full kitchen with granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals at the six-person dining table, or perch at the kitchen bar for two.

The primary bedroom has two queen beds and a 55” smart TV. The en-suite bath offers a granite vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a 42” TV. Across the hall, the guest bath has a granite vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Dine alfresco at the two-person table on the balcony. Enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, and a grill area (with charcoal grills). Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a boot/glove dryer, and a ski rack. This energy-efficient condo offers LED lighting and newer appliances. In the complex building, you'll find an elevator, luggage cart, and a laundry room with coin-operated washer/dryers.

Perfectly located to experience Park City and the great outdoors, you’ll be within steps of excellent restaurants, art galleries, and museums. The Town Lift is an easy 2-3 minute (0.1 miles) walk away. Catch the complimentary Park City bus and take it to Deer Valley (1.5 miles) or to the Olympic Park (8 miles). Your convenient locale has a Park City Transit stop directly in front of the complex.

Discover a winter wonderland on the mountain trails, or go snowmobiling, tubing, and snowshoeing. Or check out Bear Ridge Adventures, where a dogsled team will zip you across frozen lakes and snowy terrain. During the warmer months, head to either resort and glide down the mountainside on the Alpine Coaster and zipline. Enjoy an abundance of outdoor activities, including fly fishing and paddleboarding.

The outdoor pool is closed for the season. The outdoor and indoor hot tubs remain open.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great weekend stay in Park City
The condo was able to sleep 8 people very comfortably and did not feel crowded at all. The bathrooms were a nice size and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Great location right at the base of Main Street. We loved the hot tub amenity too!

We enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Escape. Great attention to detail with so much designed for our comfort — nice linens, lots of towels, ample supply of toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen. We were disappointed to find the pool was closed for the season and the fitness room was under construction. But the location to park ave and everything we wanted to visit was perfect. Our one complaint: Check-in was not as easy as it should be; instructions on the electronic door lock and on the placement of the parking permit need to be updated. We struggled with both. Fortunately, Vacasa sent someone out to help. We would absolutely recommend this apartment.

This is our first time staying at this property. Loved how close it was to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Little difficulty checking in though. Our door code was wrong and it took several minutes to finally connect with a live person who could give us a new door key code so we could get in the condo. Also we picked this property because it stated there was an outdoor hot tub for use. After we booked the property and paid we were sent the contract that said the hot tub was closed during our stay. Unhappy with this because hot tub was the main reason we picked this property. A detail that should have been disclosed before we booked the property. Other than that the condo was fine with plenty of room.

Location was great, right below Mainstreet. The space was very clean when we arrived and was comfortable for all. The deck made it nice to watch the rain and have a cup of coffee. Will stay again next year.

This is located at the bottom of Main Street in Park City. We were able to walk up Main St. and didn’t have to worry about finding parking. In the pictures it looked like there was a hot tub on the patio/deck of the condo. That wasn’t the case, it’s elsewhere on the property. This is great place to stay with your family. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with a bunch of friends. It was a tight fit for six of us.

Perfect Location
Unit #234 @Park Station (950 Park Ave) is an excellent vacation property. It is only a few steps from everything you need in Park City. The Towne Lift (ski lift onto the mountain) is very close and an easy walk in ski boots. All the shops and restaurants are close as well. The Unit has everything you need. Four beds, 2 bathrooms and a stocked kitchen. We were very comfortable on our Spring Break stay. You should reserve this unit for your stay in Park City.
