They are the worst! Upon entering our property we were greeted by a chirping smoke alarm. It went downhill from there.
Damp, dirty towels, ripped pillows and insufficient bathroom supplies are one thing to deal with, but a broken heater during freezing cold temperatures are another. The unit was not livable, yet there is next to zero care from the renter. They don't have a number to call, and text messages aren't responded to in a timely manner. And when a response comes, at times it sounds like it's from a chat bot, not a person. Questions go unanswered and there is no sense of urgency to fix the numerous problems we encountered.
We ended up finding a hotel elsewhere and the company refused to provide any kind of compensation to make things right for us. This is after someone assured us that we would get a full refund. A blatant lie!
They kept all the money we paid for several nights, even though we left the unit after only a couple of hours, exactly in the same condition we found it in.
The topper was that they had the audacity to imply that it was me, who broke their heater! Unbelievable.
I’d give this company negative stars if I could.
