There are some common areas with other tenants of the building, leading up to the main entrance of your studio.

If you don't feel like walking, Uber & Lyft are always great options and are always readily available.

TV
We have a Smart TV with applications like Netflix, Hulu, and HBO that you will be able to log into with your own credentials. We also have Comcast TV & local stations.

TRASH
There are 2 large trash receptacles located on the sidewalk, in front of property. You can place any trash/ trash bags in here. If you can't get to them before you depart, no worries our cleaning company will take care of it! =)

PARKING
We unfortunately do not have assigned parking for this property. But there are paid parking garages only a half a block away that you can leave your car for the rest of your stay.

NOISE
Please be aware that our property is located on a main street of restaurants, bars/ pubs and tourist attractions. You can expect some street noise especially on weekends.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Please enjoy our Nespresso Coffee and Espresso machine. We also have a WiFi scanner and printer available in the loft.

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING! Central smoke Alarms are very sensitive to cigarette cigar smoke & building will sound and call fire department.
$250 or more fine.

• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine. Please confirm with us of any outside guests.

• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).

• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.

• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.

• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture other than a Pack n play. Our property is also not baby proofed. Please be responsible at all times of all underage children.
