Staycation in Peoria, Az.
Very nice. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots n pans etc… better than any other home I’ve rented! However Pool could use a sail cover or sprinkler system to cool it off in the summer. Water was almost too warm to enjoy.

Family concert and pool day
The house was very clean and roomy. The check in process was so easy. The beds were very comfortable as well as the sofa and chairs inside. We loved the outside and had a great pool day there were plenty of pool towels and loungers. The neighbor hood was very nice and only a short distance from the stadium.

Good House for Family Get-together
Overall our stay was fun here. We had 10 people staying at the house and were comfortable. The house is set up to maximize the number of people who can stay there so the master bedroom has 3 beds in it (2 Full beds & a trundle), not a King bed as you would expect. Also, two of the upstairs bedrooms only have Full beds...those would be more comfortable if they were Queens. As mentioned in some previous reviews, the house is in need of some updates and maintenance: The grill outside was not clean and ready to use. It's pretty beat up. There is very little in the way of serving bowls and cooking trays. A house that is advertised for a big group should supply these things. Thankfully, we brought some of these items with us as I was afraid that might be the case. The lighting in the house is pretty dim. I only had need to call the Host once and she answered right away and helped me locate the WiFi Router so we could reset it. Overall the experience was good and the issues we had with the property were minor and didn't prevent us from have a good time. Thank you.

Great place for families
Really enjoyed our stay. Close to spring training, restaurants, etc. Kids really enjoyed the pool and games. The guys got into the March madness on the 75” tv.

Great house!
We had a wonderful time! The games and the pool were perfect for the kids. Hide and seek was a blast in a big house. Lots of room for sleeping and tvs in every room! I definitely recommend this house. A few more cookie sheets and additional paper towels would have been nice.

Comfortable Home
My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the video games, Foosball table and the swimming pool. We had a great view of the fireworks on the 4th of July from the Peoria Sports Complex. The beds were comfortable. I gave only 4 stars because the house could use some upgrades and maintenance but overall we had a great time.

nice home but needs some improvements
Layout of home is great, decor is nice. Location is great. Neighborhood is Great. Issues: 1. upstairs shower knob is extremely hard to operate, If one has hand issues or if a young child is trying to operate, they would need a strong adult to turn on/off the shower. 2. clean- a dirty baking dish was left in the over, I showed it to the property manager, she took a photo, but LEFT IT IN THE OVEN!. so much for having an oven ready home. I left it there. 3. no dish towels in the kitchen, I had to buy some, because I was doing food prep for a party at family members home. PM did bring some over the next day. 4. I used a bath wash cloth to clean the kitchen sink before I got started...it was black! Again showed it to property manager, she took photo. (taking photos really solved the problem for me, not!) 5. Kitchen is not what I would call stocked with cooking utensils, glad I brought a car load of all my stuff. 6. Some of the electrical outlet need testing, the plugs fell out, so useless. 7. Light switch in upstairs bathroom would not stay turned off. It would turn back on after you left the bathroom. 8. Weeds in the rock front yard. PM told me she would get someone over to pull them, I said goodbye to the weeds when I left. 9. Baseboards and edges along the baseboards/floor could use a good cleaning. If your baseboards are clean the rest of your floor looks better, your room looks cleaner. 10. Check all your light switches. 11. Dark inside the house even with lights on---low watt lightbulbs. Don't plan on reading or putting a puzzle together in this home. 12. Front screen door is a mess. 13. kitchen sink is about 5 inches deep (too shallow, faucet is too large =very wet clothes at the sink. 14. Food dripped down the front of the oven, also shown to PM. 15. One cabinet down fell off when I opened it!!!! On my foot!!! Bottom line, the home owner isn't getting their moneys worth from the home cleaners or from the PM. Sad thing, the PM said she cleans homes for a living also.....yikes! As a business owner, I would fire them. As the home owner, I would pay closer attention to my business. Sorry Danny, you asked for feed back, I am giving it to you straight, hopefully you can turn this around.

Perfect AZ getaway!
We came to town to participate in the Arizona Spartan Race and to visit our AZ family. The house was just perfect for our trip. We all loved the foosball table! The pool was chilly but was perfect after the Spartan Race. The location is excellent, with lots of places to eat close by. We could see staying here during spring training or when we come to town for the Phoenix Flea Market in March. Thanks for a great stay, Danny!
