„Me and my husband had a great time while we stayed here and everything looked like the photos. The condo owners were extremely helpful with any issues we had and were quick to get back to us and have it addressed. I will say that this isn't the most accessible property as this unit is on the third floor with no elevator so if you have any mobility issues that could be a problem but otherwise it's great place to stay.“

„Drive up to Carolina every year for the big game Falcons vs Panthers. My previous location was booked and this was my alternative. Property was clean and presentable. Distance from door to stadium 🏟️ was just under 2 miles. Great place to stay if you want to be near Uptown and eateries. Host accommodative and hospitable.“

„Katie was able to accomodate our needs for a condo at the last minute due to changes of my son's wedding due to Hurricane Helene. The unit was great with view of the water. Convenient to the nice restaurant next door where we did a post wedding brunch . Occasional noise from the delivery vehicles and trash collector for the restaurant next door, but not bad . And we could have used an extra dishwasher pod. Otherwise everything was great and we had a wonderful wedding weekend!“

„The check in process was delayed and unorganized and when we got into the unit we were shocked to see only two beds when listing showed 3 beds. When speaking to the host he was extremely rude and told us we were wrong. We sent screenshots and he told us he wasn’t seeing those things on his side. Cleaners were still in the room after 4:00 when we walked in. Sheets were thrown in closet in a ball. There weren’t enough dishes for the number of people it allowed. No furniture on balcony and not much ...

„The home was a relaxing getaway on a finger of Lake Norman. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to walk to a nearby restaurant for a delicious dinner. The quaint nearby towns were great for day trips. “

„The condo unit faces the boat dock harbor of Lake Norman by I-77 Davidson Griffith St. Exit. It is a cute, small 2 bedroom 1 bath, 1 closet unit near the Davidson College exit. The kitchen was tiny, underequipped, no knife set or spices other than salt and pepper. .“
