Right next to the Cradle and the Fair Barn-Perfect for your next stay!!!

This is completely set up for your stay. Enjoy a front row seat to golf on one of the patio rocking chairs.

The bedroom hosts a king size be with luxury sheets. The sofa in the living room is a pull-out and becomes a queen size bed which sleeps two.

The laundry building is twenty yards from the front door. All of the furnishings are provided -- towels, linens, etc... Just bring your golf clubs and you're golden. The Fair Barn is just located across the street for those coming for the perfect wedding.

The smart TV is set up with many apps for your login - and it has complimentary cable.

WiFi is hooked up and ready for you.

There's a bar cart with the necessities to make a cocktail.

In the kitchen you'll find all of the kitchen equipment you'd need to cook for yourself.

There is also a Keurig and all of the fixings needed to make coffee in the morning. All of the condiments in the cupboard are there for you as well.

A couple last things:

Please be aware that many people in the community live there full-time. In that vein, please try to be respectful of noise after 10pm

Very pleasant condo.
We enjoyed our stay Perfect for what we wanted. Visiting family so it was nice to have our own place to go back to. It is in one of the older developments so it is not new. King bed is tough to get in on one side being so close to the wall. Only advice would be to install grab bars in the shower. If you are older it is a factor. It is well equipped otherwise. We would rent it again if we come back.

Great access to golf, food and beverage establishments. Downtown Pinehurst and Aberdeen had nice places to eat and drink. Only suggestion is a more comfortable chair in living room. Maybe swap chair in bedroom with one in living room.

The officiant of our daughters wedding and his wife enjoyed their stay. We rented this for them as the wedding was across from the condo at The Fair Barn. Great location for events at the barn. This was during the blackout of Moore county 12/2022 so we apologize if all checkout procedures were not completed.

This will be a quick review as overall the stay was great however; I am prone to allergies and the house was quite dusty (lamps, furniture etc.) I have stayed at this property before and loved it then too however; I feel there has been a lot of accessories added and it seemed a little cluttered to me.

Hey Tessa, I very much enjoyed my stay. Location was perfect making everything I wanted to do was very accessible. The only encouragement I’d give is to work on the mustiness of the unit. It was very moist within the unit the whole time. I actually had tee shirts in my suitcase that when I took them out, they were damp, Other then that all was good. Thank you. We stayed at the property while attending the inaugural U.S. Adaptive Open. Location of property was very convenient. We enjoyed being able to watch golfers on a different course play as we had our coffee. There was a little problem with the bed. While comfortable the top left was significantly higher than the right side which made it difficult as one felt like they were rolling downhill. I've notified the owner and I'm confident it will be resolved. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

We loved the place! Not very big, but very clean and tidy. Decor is a huge positive, the place looks really nice. It is located right on the Pinehurst golf courses and literally minutes away from the lovely downtown area. Would definitely come back.

We came for the 2022 US Women’s Open golf tournament. This was a perfect location to easily access both Pinehurst Village and Southern Pines. The unit was spot on clean with model home quality decor. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was simple. We would stay here again.
