„The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. “

„Plenty of free parking. Received a warm welcome. Was shown to the room and asked what time I wanted breakfast. I was immediately impressed with the pub area, and the corridors to the room. It was tastefully decorated whilst still respecting the old features of the building. The room was also well decorated, and spotless. Biscuits and a vast array of very nice tea bags and some coffee bags too. Only 2 downsides really was no rail to hang clothes, there’s hooks but not ideal. Also ...

„We really enjoyed our stay, the wood fired hot tub worked surprisingly well and was quite quick, the kitchen was well stocked with pots pans utensils etc. There was a dehumidifier to control the moisture and it really helped dry our swimwear. The adirondack chairs in the morning sun were great for breakfast and the internet was very fast. Bathroom was bit small for two tall people but c'est la vie, the shower was surprisingly great 👍“
