The Space:
Kindly be aware that this property is situated within a community that mandates guest registration. To ensure compliance, all necessary documentation must be submitted at least four days prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a $100 late fee, which we will request from guests. This fee applies even if the booking is made within the four-day window preceding check-in.

Welcome to our enchanting one-story bungalow nestled amidst the natural beauty of Arrowhead Lake. This captivating abode boasts three tastefully appointed bedrooms and a single elegant bathroom, offering a picturesque retreat for your vacation. From the moment you step through the door, you'll be enveloped in a warm and inviting ambiance that sets the stage for a memorable stay. Also your reservation must contain the correct number of guest as in the summer there is a per guest fee that will automatically be applied to the reservation before check out. however if the correct number of guest is not selected then the fees will not be there and we will send a request after. In the summer the rate per person is $14 and in the winter is $6 per person.

The heart of this home is undoubtedly the well-equipped kitchen, complete with gleaming stainless-steel appliances, pots, pans, and an assortment of spices. Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire house except for two closets that's used for our cleaners.

Due to the HOAs rules, Kindly be aware that this property is situated within a community that mandates guest registration. We are located in a 24-hour gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security purposes. Guest registration form will include full names and ages of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.

Q. Can you check in early or check out late?

A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.
