Das schöne, geräumige, einstöckige Haus verfügt über einen abgeschirmten, beheizten Salzwasserpool und eine übergroße überdachte Terrasse mit einem großen Cabana-Badezimmer, einem Gasgrill und einer Durchgangstheke zur Küche für Mahlzeiten im Freien in einem privaten Garten.

Das Haus liegt an einem Eckgrundstück am Ende einer ruhigen Straße. Auf dem üppigen Hinterhof wachsen Bananen-, Limetten- und Mangobäume. Wenn der Wind weht, liegt der Geruch von Salz vom nahe gelegenen Jensen Beach in der Luft! Minuten entfernt vom Jensen Beach Causeway und Hutchinson Island. Property is as advertised. The home is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, except for one neighbor. The dishwasher is not working and the living room tv did not work. There are lights burnt out that need replacing.

False and Misleading
Do not rent this property unless you want to swim in a pool filled with algae. Also, the pool heater does not work and the water does not circulate due to a pump not working. The pool deck and screen framework are filthy. The frame of the screen enclosure is covered in algae. There are two lounge chairs, one has a rusted through arm. We kept it covered so we didn’t cut our arm and need a tetanus shot. There are two other plastic chairs that were cracked. We went out and bought four beach chairs so everyone (there were 6 of us) could lounge around the pool that we never entered. There were weeds growing in the track of the hurricane shutters that we had to walk around. Most of the banana trees of “Banana tree casa” as well as other shrubs were dead or dying. They looked alive and healthy in the online photos Landscape lights along the front walkway were not working and lying in the sand. Two non master bedrooms do not have a dresser, so live out of a suitcase or hang you underwater in the closet. The TV streams every few seconds, no matter what you’re watching. Photos online were staged, so all decorations were not there. Many items in the garage had to be moved in order to get one car parked. The jets in the master bathroom tub are disconnected for use. The entire house outside needs painting due to peeling paint all around. There are religious wall hangings throughout (The Last Supper) in the dining room for one. And with all of these problems, VRBO did nothing for us.

Quick trip with friends
We had a nice time with friends and met our other friends that were staying in Fort Pierce which wasn't too far away. Jensen Beach is not far we went there lots of restaurants and weather got warmer only one rainy day but we had a nice salt water pool which was great

Great Stay
Had a wonder time staying at this property. It was very clean and had all the amenities. The heated pool is large and kept very clean and Travis who manages the property was wonderful and helpful with any issues that came up. He is also has a wealth of information about the area. The house is located in a residential area not far from downtown PSL, Jensen beach and Fort Pierce as well several golf courses. We would stay here again.

Great house
One of the best houses ever. The house is very clean and has everything we need. We felt right at home from the minute we got there. Travis made the effort to come and replace the gas tank during our bbq when we had some issues replacing it ourselves. Overall it was great stay and we felt very comfortable and accommodated.

Quiet neighborhood! Easy to get around!
Our first time in the Port St Lucie area! We loved it and will be back! We had an issue with the pool and Travis promised to take care of and he did! The house it self was clean, but needed some updating! There are no current decorations on the walls! The kitchen had new appliances, but the dishes and silverware were a mess! All 3 beds need to be replaced! Very uncomfortable! No issues with the management company, just the owners of the house need to paint and update!

Family Christmas vacation
The property was described almost perfectly. The pool was fabulous, and the kitchen/living area was well furnished, (maybe a little worn). The bedroom TVs were not particularly useful without cable. And the beds were less than comfortable - and noisy. I would recommend upgrading the beds in all bedrooms. But otherwise, it was an awesome place to stay. We would definitely book again.

Well equipped home away from home

Great property, great location, well-maintained
We stayed here in early April. The house was spotless, and well-kept, and has a nicely spacious open floor plan. The pool is very nice and is also well maintained, and I love the salt water compared to chlorine systems. We didn't need the pool heater because we like the water a bit cool, but I checked it out and it's very easy to operate - just like an HVAC thermostat. Management was very responsive to questions both by email and text and made the whole thing very easy and no-worry. Getting to the beaches on Hutchinson Island was an easy 15 minute drive and we really liked the beaches there - unlike some barrier islands where the beach is 100 or even 300 yards from where you park, these are just a 20 foot boardwalk over the scrub and you're there. So you don't have to plan out an entire daytrip to go to the beach - just go on a whim with a towel and some sandals (and, oh - don't forget the sunscreen). There are two Publix groceries within 10 minutes of the house and numerous restaurants within the same distance. I was out and about at various times of day all week and traffic was never bad, even going over the causeways to the island. In case you can't tell, we really enjoyed our stay. :-)
