Sparkle Plenty ist eine Golf-Front-Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem großartigen Grundriss und einer herrlichen Aussicht von zwei möblierten Decks! Ungefähr 100 Schritte vom Strand entfernt, ist Sparkle Plenty mit nur einem anderen Stadthaus verbunden und bietet Ihnen und Ihrer Familie die Privatsphäre, die Sie brauchen.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Couch, einen passenden Liebessitz und eine Chaiselongue. Der angrenzende Essbereich verfügt über einen Tisch mit Platz für sechs Personen und es gibt auch eine Wet-Bar, wo Sie Ihre Lieblings-Cocktails bis zum Strand mischen.
Die Glasschiebetüren öffnen sich zum Hauptdeck, auf dem sich ein Außentisch mit Platz für vier und zwei schaukelnde Adirondack-Stühle befinden. Sie haben auch einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf!
Im zweiten Stock befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Flachbild-TV, einem eigenen Bad und einem Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und hat ein eigenes Bad sowie.
Die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was wird denken, dass wir Sie während Ihres Urlaubs bei uns benötigen. Wonderful vacation
We had a great time at Cape San Blas. This place/ location was great. We had beautiful weather every day. The beach is right there so that was definitely a plus, the view from the balconies was amazing. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. They do need some new pans though, a little old. We will hopefully be back next year to make more memories.

Great location
Wonderful location with great ocean views and a few steps to the beach. There is no inside entrance from ground level and the outside stairs are steep and quite hazardous in the dark. As with most rentals, the appliances need updating and the frying pans are too worn for cooking. But on the whole, we loved our stay.

Decent stay
The beach front is small. Not much room for children to run and play without disturbing the many other groups in the area. The AC is locked at 70 so the main floor stays fine, but the two bedrooms upstairs are very, very warm in the summer. We had 2 fans plus the ceiling fan and blackout curtains. If you like to sleep cool, be prepared. The ice maker was broken but the company did say it would be replaced soon. Overall, a good house if you want to be on the beach.

First ever two week vacation. Great location but be ready for some steps. I’m 78 and had little problem but they are there. Of course, 99% of the properties On the Cape have steps. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Perfect Florida Getaway
Looking for a winter escape from Minnesota, Sunset Treasures ended up exceeding our expectations. The property had everything we needed to make our week long stay comfortable and most memorable. Being able to bring our dog and having such close access to the dog-friendly beach was an extra bonus. Can’t say enough about the location and how much we enjoyed watching sunsets from either of the two decks. We would to return for a lengthier stay.

Mold and dirty appliances, beach access needs work
It was a shame that this property had these two issues. The appliances were not cleaned on the outside properly and the downstairs bathroom vent and wall it blew on were covered in mold. If not for this, we would have given a 4 stars. Location is nice and convenient. Beach access needs to be worked on as well.

The living area was larger than expected based on what I thought the pictures portrayed. We did have an issue that is hopefully just unique to us, but it was addressed quickly and they went above and beyond expectations. The extra ice maker is a huge plus and everything we needed in the kitchen. We would be happy to stay there again.

My husband, son our mini dachshund and myself absolutely loved this home. Very clean! First off we were late getting our vacation dates and Kara helped get everything booked and figured out even when my card locked up from the fraud department she held the unit and called me the next day to book! When we arrived the house was super easy to get in ( no key required) the house was clean to the point you wouldn’t have known it was on the beach if you wasn’t looking out the big sliding glass doors. The king size beds were very comfy. The dog basket was a sweet touch. The updated appliances were great also. The door down stairs was a nice touch to store our beach gear. We needed the grill cleaned so sent a message and they was there the next day cleaning it for us! Awesome service all the way around! The only complaint I have is I feel 2 towels for each guest you be better! We spent our day on the beach and would shower have dinner then go fishing I would have to wash laundry and start getting it dry so we could shower when we got back from fishing. But absolutely love this town house and will be visiting again!

Gulf front property. Ease access to bike trail. Clean and spacious. Loved the double decks with the high beach seating. Nice shade underneath the unit and plenty of storage and parking. Would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental property. Location was great; not too far from the trading post but not too close. Lovely deck that we could send the kids out on the beach and watch them Comfortably from. We didn’t notice much extra traffic from the public beach access nearby.

This rental was our best stay on the Gulf Coast over the past 20 years. The rental was spotless with completely updated surfaces, kitchen, furniture, and comfortable beds. High-end appliances large HDTV's, very fast and reliable internet. The beach was mere steps away and so close we didn't need the cooler beause it was a quick walk back to the condo for snacks and the bathroom. This is the finest stay we have had in over 20 years of vacationing on the Gulf. We will be back!

Perfect, small condo right on the beach! Beautiful view from both floors. Kitchen was well stocked, too. Only thing to note is that this is located right next to the public access entrance. There are more people coming in and out and potentially invading your personal space when on the beach.

Comfortable townhouse close to the beach
We thoroughly enjoyed staying so close to the beach at Sparkle Plenty. It made enjoying the beach all day long easy as we could quickly walk back for snacks throughout the day. It was also nice to be able to bring our dog to the beach with us and take him back to the house when he needed a break from the heat. The little doggy welcome basket with dog towels, a food/water bowl, poop bags, and a dog toy was a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/cooking utensils. We cooked almost every meal while we were there. The view from the two decks was quite nice as well. Even though we were there over a holiday weekend and the house is right next to a public park, we didn't find the beach to be too crowded. The only trouble we encountered while staying at Sparkle Plenty was finding a good place to walk our dog when he needed to go potty. There were sand burrs in the grass in many places, and he was bitten by a pygmy rattler in a relatively manicured area while on a walk on our first night there, and the closest emergency vet was 1.5 hours away in Panama City Beach. I'm not familiar with Cape San Blas, so I don't know how common snakes are in the area. Perhaps this was truly just bad luck. This issue wouldn't keep us from returning to Sparkle Plenty because we really did enjoy the rest of our stay, but I think it's worth noting so future visitors can be vigilant while walking their dog at night.
