Beautiful Plantation at Princeville

First time on the vacation rental market!!this lovingly maintained & well appointed family home is the perfect spot for your island vacation!

Bright and airy, ground level condo with attached one-car garage in the desirable Plantation community in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai.

This unit is the essence of aloha and comfort. Brand new linens, new boogey boards & cooler chest. The well-stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal or barbecue out by the pool. The outdoor lanai is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee, evening cocktail, or to enjoy your meals.

The open floor plan features a comfortable air conditioned living area with a flat screen smart TV.
The two spacious bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the condo and both host a king size bed & smart TV’s. The master bedroom has a slider opening to the lanai, a walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a deep soaking tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is conveniently located next to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms are also air conditioned.

· Make use of the Plantation complex pool, hot tub, and workout center. The pool area also features 2 new gas grills for a delicious barbecue!
· Find close by shopping and dining at The Princeville Center.
· Enjoy golfing or dining at the Makai golf course named one of the “top-five great golf settings.”
· Grab a beach towel and head to one of the local beaches, such as Hanalei Bay Beach or Anini beach.

Perfect Girls Trip!
I have stayed at The Plantations many times and I loved this unit. Everything was in great condition and loved having the window AC in the guest bedroom. That was a first for me in these units. All the others didn't have any type of AC in the guest rooms. All the beach gear was practically new, the Ninja appliances were great and the patio furniture was so comfy. This was the first time I had used the complexes pool and hot tub and they were great. Highly recommend checking them out at night! But the best part was Lisa. Her communication before and during was the best!

We stayed at the Beautiful Plantation property recently and it was exactly as the description. The property was immaculate and the property manager, Laura, was very helpful and friendly. When we go back to Kauai we home we can stay at the property again. The floor plan is set up so two couples have privacy - very nice when traveling with friends.

My husband and I were first time Kauai visitors along with my brother and sister in law. Perfect place for the 4 of us who live in different states. It was welcoming and had everything we needed. Beds were firm, shower pressure and bath amenities were great and kitchen had necessities. Bonus to have the beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage. Laura couldn’t have been more helpful and accessible without being intrusive. We agreed we would pick this property again if we return. Excellent!!!

An awesome experience from the time we made the reservation through the end of our trip! Laura called us within an hour of reserving a week in her beautiful townhome in Princeville just to thank us and answer any questions. That put us at ease and made us look forward to our vacation even more. When we arrived about a month later everything was perfect —plenty of space for my husband and teenage kids, very clean, chairs/boogie boards/towels for the beach, and guidebooks to look through. Beautiful north shore location and a wonderful place to start and finish our busy days. Thank you Laura!!
