Luxus 2 Bett, 2 Bad Wohnung im Grandview am Grace Bay Beach (6 Personen plus Kleinkind). Diese 1850 m² große Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock des gehobenen Grandview-Gebäudes mit 18 Wohneinheiten, das sich auf einer der schönsten Strecken des weltberühmten Grace Bay Beach befindet. Als Eckgerät am ruhigeren Ende der Entwicklung profitiert es von zusätzlichem Fensterlicht und einer großen und offeneren überdachten Terrasse. Die Anlage verfügt über einen Swimmingpool, einen Whirlpool und einen Fitnessraum vor Ort. Viele großartige Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Etwa 5 Autominuten entfernt befinden sich der gut sortierte Graceway Gourmet-Supermarkt und zahlreiche Boutiquen. Ein größerer Supermarkt befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Can't wait to go back!
Could not have been more pleased with this condo and can't wait to go back! Owner and property manager: they were always quick to respond with any questions we had Location: perfectly situated on Grace Bay beach with a hotel on each side of the property where you can go for food and drinks Condo: has everything you could need and more, very clean, spacious for my husband and I and two teen girls, incredible views of the ocean, always chairs open on beach and pool Tips: rent a car through Grace Bay Rentals and get 10% off since staying at Grandview, get groceries on way from airport at the IGA, explore the other beaches on the island, go into town for shopping, etc.; and charter a boat with Grace Bay Adventures, they'll pick you up right on the beach and take you to whatever you want to see (snorkel, see dolphins and sea turtles, dive for conch, jump off the abandoned ship, etc.)

Just beautiful
Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Location and views were incredible. Communications with Rachel and Adeline were very prompt and both were super helpful and accommodating. Adeline helped us secure dinner reservations and was beyond helpful our entire stay! Beach was breathtaking. We rented a car based on recommendation from Rachel and we’re glad we did. Driving on the island was easy and we were able to enjoy so many great restaurants. We will definitely be back💙

Killer OCEAN view, access, location and CLEAN!
AMAZING condo with an OCEAN VIEW steps from the beach and a pool and hot tub on the ocean side. Do yourself a favor and save money on the resort costs and get yourself an ocean front view and balcony. You can walk next door to resorts for dinner or just a short way down the beach. Wonderful service from the concierge suggesting restaurants and activities and super easy check-in process. Highly recommend!

Amazing!
This was our second time to stay in this condo and we absolutely loved it! It’s clean and beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The owner and manager are so friendly and helpful. Perfect location! I love that the beach isn’t crowded and the chairs and umbrellas are set up for early birds. The shaded patio balcony is my favorite spot. We love to go to happy hour at the resort next door everyday before we go to dinner. Best of all worlds here!

Breathtakingly Beautiful and Everything You Want and Need
This property was truly beautiful, clean, spacious and specatularly stocked with everything you could possibly need (except the food!). The view of the beach, the large front deck overlooking the water, the grounds around the property and the amentities all surpassed our expectations. There were plenty of places to walk to for food and drink and it was a quick trip by car from the airport. Having 2 bedrooms and baths was a plus, the beds, couch, dining chairs were all comfortable. Grace Bay beach right out front is hands down the most beautiful beach and water we have ever seen and there were always plenty of chairs by the beach and pool, no need to rush out there! Communication was excellent and Rachel was a pleasure to work with as well as property manager Adeline P. who assisted us with Massages (they came to the condo!) and dinner reservations! We will definitely book this condo again in the future!!

The condo was just as advertised in a great location. So convenient to the beach with access to chairs and umbrellas that were set up each morning. The coolers and ice packs with beach towels made life great. Walkable to many restaurants. Owners binder was so incredibly helpful for transportation etc. Sunset Catamaran cruise is a must. Adeline the property manager was awesome and very attentive with communication and suggestions. Would definitely book this property again!

A perfect stay!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean and spacious condo. The Grandview property is smaller and more private, which allows for a more relaxing time away from large crowds. Great beach location with a number of dining options within a short walking distance. The host and property manager were both wonderful. A great experience overall!

Perfect week away!
This was absolutely the perfect place to spend a week away. The property was EXACTLY as it appeared in the photos, I walked in and couldn't believe the water was so blue and the view was just as perfect as I'd hoped it would be. The apartment was neat and everything we needed was there and in good working order. The apartment is perfectly located on the best part of Grace Bay. It was spotless and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Large lanai with gorgeous views. Quiet beachfront with plenty of seating. Fully stocked kitchen and excellent SUP and kayaks in the garage. They even provided us with water refills for the dispenser. The property manger Adeline was amazingly helpful. I would definitely return.

Perfect Location
This was our fourth stay in Grace Bay but our first time staying on the beach. What a treat to have your tea in the morning with that view. Priceless. Rachel and Adeline were amazing with their communication and helpfulness, always quick to respond and assist at anytime. The condo itself was perfect, everything we needed for our weeks stay. The ice maker, ice packs and coolers were a lifesaver, was great not to have to lug a cooler bag down in our carryon bags. It was also helpful having the extra sunscreen and bug spray provided to us as we didn’t have to purchase any and could only bring limited. The only complaint I have, and it’s beyond the control of the owner, but feel it should be mentioned. One of the reasons we booked this unit is because of the hot tub, so nice to come back to after a day of kiteboarding. Unfortunately the heater is set to a timer and it doesn’t get up to temperature until about 9 -10 pm, rendering it almost useless to us. Would’ve been amazing to jump in at 430, have a beverage and watch the sunset after a long day of boarding. We managed just fine on the patio don’t get me wrong but would’ve been the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend this beautiful condo on this beautiful beach. 5⭐️

We love VRBO because of the information we receive before booking. This is a 5 star experience on VRBO and it's very accurate rating. Some standouts: The host/concierge did an excellent job of communicating and texting immediately once we arrived. The Pelican restaurant next door was awesome after traveling all day and wanting to chilax. Location near resorts, restaurants, grocery store, Ritz Carlton, Seven Stars, etc. The only minor improvement would be to get blackout shades for the guest bedroom as the light outside the window is very bright, so if you like complete barkness bring black out sleep mask.

Fantastic location
We loved everything about our recent trip. Our plane was delayed and we only arrived after midnight. The property manager assisted and provided grocery basics so we could have breakfast in the morning. The condo is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Perfect for families. I loved the large deck where we could sit and see the ocean and the pool. It was not noisy at all. Excellent communication from the host and property manager. They are very helpful. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a perfect place to stay that is quiet and not on one of the larger resorts. The property manager was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Perfect balance
This condo is the perfect balance of everything. The view: Grace bay beach, perfect view with corner unit having full beach and sunset view. The Condo: Modern/comfortable/clean/spacious. All needed kitchen items. Comfortable furniture. The balcony is huge. I had coffee in the big chairs every morning and drinks in the evening. The motorized bug screen is the key. It's the tropics, mosquitos happen, and this condo solves the problem of ugly bug screens and ruining the view. The pool: We didn't use it much because of the beach. But, the area was very nice. The beach: Perfect. Chairs and umbrellas, no effort or cost. Clear sky blue water. Location: Near all the good stuff. I recommend a car. Restaurants: Easy walk to several excellent restaurants at Grace Bay Club and Royal West Indies. Infiniti (try the full and lounge menu), Lunch at Pelican Bay and Just Tacos is great. These are direct access (not walking on road). Others located very nearby can be reach by walking down road or driving just 1-2 KM. Coco Bistro ($$$) was beautiful and very good. There are other great restaurants worth a drive (Mango Reef). Local Host Adeline: She was such a great help. She made everything easy. Helped us with a reservation and recommendations. Activity: Do the full day tour with Caicos Island Charters Crowd: I think this is the balance because the big resorts are all around providing restaurants, but this building is only 3 floors tall, making the beach near private.

Exactlly as advertised - and even better than expected!
Hubby and I have been coming to Provo regularly since 2007, and we decided to bring my parents to join us this trip. First time staying at the Grandview and we will most definitely be back! Prime location on Grace Bay and a wonderful, spacious and well equipped unit. Was an absolute dream (with the added bonus of having the place to ourselves it seemed!). Walks for ages in either direction, central to everything we needed, and a great home base for our island adventures and beach touring. Rachel and her property manager Adeline were responsive and incredibly helpful on all aspects of our stay. Thank you so much!

Life is but a dream…
The Grandview was amazing! From the time we checked in until it was time to leave everything was wonderful. Rachel the host was very attentive and accommodating with questions prior and after booking and Adeline the property manager was very helpful and answered any questions that we had regarding our stay. The condo is beautiful and spacious and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back and would recommend booking this condo for your next stay in grace bay.
