„Das personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Leider war auch unsere Klobrille nicht richtig fest, sodass man immer aufpassen musste, dass man nicht von der Toilette fällt. Am letzten Tag fiel uns auf, dass fast alle Balkone Stühle hatten, unserer jedoch nicht. Es gibt die Möglichkeit einen kleinen Pool vom Nachbarhotel zu nutzen. „The Wave Hotel was well located - easy walk to the beach and La plazita. Short cab ride to T-Mobile district, Walmart and Old San Juan. The customer service and housekeeping was second to none. Only minor issues include the hot tube was not working, towels were quite old and thin and the pillows should be replaced. Otherwise a great experience. Will rebook when I revisit Puerto Rico. “
