„Die Buchung, die Vorabkommunikation und der CheckIn sowie die Anmeldung waren tadellos. Leider hielt die Unterkunft nicht, was das Inserat versprochen hat. Lediglich die Schlafräume und das Badezimmer waren gut. Bequeme Betten und eine große Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck. Der Rest war leider sehr abgewohnt bzw. unansehnlich (schmutzige Textiloberflächen an Wohnzimmermöbeln und Küchenstühlen, defekte Lampe, kaputter Küchenstuhl (somit nur 3 Stühle für 4 Personen), löchrige und fleckige Handtücher, ...

„I wasn't expecting a 140 resort fee due before proceeding past the gate guard. The gate guard's response to my puzzled look was, "You were aware of the resort fee, right?" The fee is likely (at least I hope) embedded in the TOS. Moving on. The property permits pets but walking one's dog is prohibited. The properties are so small that one must walk a dog. Knowing this property was on a canal with open water access, I was not surprised that it needed some TLC. I think, most folks rent this type ...

„Die Anlage und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön - auf altmodische Weise symphatisch.Allerdings ist das Haus etwas renovierungsbedürftig,so ist das Holz an dem Dach der Veranda hinten morsch.Die Einrichtung der Küche war,was die Geräte betrifft,gut ausgestattet.Allerdings fehlte es an Geschirr,so gab es weder tiefe Teller noch Schalen und kein Brett zum Schneiden.Das müsste mal kontrolliert werden.Aber wir hatten,alles in allem,einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt“

„Rick's place is the perfect location to get around old town Key West. Walkable to bars, restaurants, activities. Bar across the street has live music afternoon and evenings. The best perk - Rick and staff shuttled us to and from the airport and made sure that we had transportation when we had car rental issues. He made it known that he and staff were available for transport as needed. Thank you Rick!!!!“
