Go a mile past the owner gate or you won’t get in!
The area is very pretty and we were excited when we arrived. The condo itself was fine. We could not get in the gate, but apparently lucked into an owner who opened it after 15 minutes or so the first time going in. When we got to the condo, I immediately called Vacasa to get instructions as there was nothing explaining the gate in the condo. After 8 calls and chats to Vacasa and the resort, where I was told “there is no gate” when I was sitting there locked out and getting stuck at said gate for 30 minutes at half past midnight the first night, I was shocked that there was no resolution. Ultimately, halfway into our stay, I got a message that there is ANOTHER gate that is a mile past the “owner” gate I was trying to access. We’ll never be back. Hope my story helps you.

Great location, just needs some work
The townhome was perfect, and if everything was working right, it would have been. We didn't have wi-fi for 1.5 days, during which time, we had to find other places (coffee houses in Redmond) to do work from. Property management was able to help out and resolve the problem, but it really did cut in to our productivity while on vacation at a home that advertised it. There was a horrible squeal in the bathroom upstairs that we couldn't figure out how to stop. It kept the upstairs guests up at night. Finally, the dryer didn't work - which I figured out after I washed a load of clothes. Luckily I was able to dry it nearby at a private home, but when I contacted property management, they weren't able to fix it in time. The location and bones of the townhome were great, it just really needs someone in there to check plumbing, electrical and make sure everything is in working order. Because of the outages, we had to scramble to make up for amenities we thought we had covered, which ate up our vacation and relaxation time.

Okay, but Needs some Attention
I loved the location and size of the unit. It was very convenient for activities at the resort. Our 1st issue was when we pulled the bed down for the night and realized it was very obvious that the bedding had not been changed. It was late, and fortunately we were able to find some sheets and blankets in the closet and resolved the issue ourselves. There was a general maintenance issue that needs taken care of on the deck. One side of the deck the railing is barely even attached. We put a table in front of it to keep our toddler from leaning up against it and falling right through it. The final straw for me is that the last morning my husband got up to find mice in the kitchen! After looking around he noticed a mouse trap under the sink so this is a known issue. I am not sure how I feel about a unit knowing they have mice in the kitchen of all places and are still renting it out before remedying the issue. This unit has so much potential to be a great place to stay with just a bit more attention to detail!

Hardest bed in the world
The condo itself is fine and we would have probably stay here again because the location is nice, walking distance to a sports center. However the beds are so hard it's like sleeping on the floor. So if your a fan of an extra firm mattress, this place is for you. That being said, we will not be returning to this condo. Also note that there is construction going on next door. It's very loud if you are trying to sleep in on a weekday. My husband was trying to relax in the bath and the whole tub was shaking from the work going on under the house. Not relaxing. If I were the owner I would deeply discount this place during construction to compensate for the disturbance. Also I would at the very least have mattress toppers in the closets so that guests have a choice between sleeping on cement or in comfort.

Nice property. Nicely situated, easy to find our way back and forth from the conference center.
Everything was nice. The beds were a little uncomfortable for my hip and shoulders so I travel with a twin egg crate foam. It workedd out fine. My room was the 1st floor master suite.

Nice house, not very organized.
The house was perfect for what we needed, very clean and included all the basics we needed for our stay. We never received our check in information until I had to call and request it the day before we arrived. Our email stated that we got passes to use the hot tub and indoor pool, but those were never set up for us and made it difficult when we took our kids to swim and try and get it sorted out. There was a TON of black spiders we kept finding around the house and you can hear everything from your neighbors. I had to ask our neighbors at 10:30 at night to please keep it down because we had a baby sleeping. Again, the house was wonderful and the location was perfect, but minor details made it a little bit frustrating.

Booby Trapped?
The place was decent in most regards and I certainly would stay there again, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Why? From the first moment I felt that the place was against me. Here's a partial list. 1) I couldn't get the key pad to work. Turns out you have to touch the top of the pad to activate it and then enter the access code. Funny thing was that I returned to the location when the new renters were trying to get in and they couldn't figure it out either. Lucky for them I was able to show them. 2) The handle on the microwave was broken at the bottom, so when one of my kids went to open it it broke completely off. They never fixed it during the 24 days we were there. 3) The toilet was cracked inside and out. I was worried thinking that we would be blamed, but when I called maintenance I learned that the owner knew of it and was planning to replace it someday. 4) The DVD player didn't work. 5) The carbon dioxide alarm one the first floor went off during the night and then the next night the carbo dioxide alarm on the second floor went off. 6) The coffee table was so wobbly you didn't want to touch it, so I fixed it so that it wouldn't collapse. 7) The carpet is loose at several edges so the vacuum would pull it up. 8) The internet went out and would not come back on. I unplugged the router trying to reset it but this didn't work. Later I found out that the one router was wired to a second router and by resetting this router the internet was restored. Then comes the irritation with VACASA. We requested to stay an extra week, but VACASA rules will not allow a tenant to stay over 28 days without paying for a new booking fee and a new cleaning fee. I'm sure they do this for the benefit of the owner - NOT! Again, we enjoyed our stay, but it wasn't trouble free, and since we try to leave a place nicer than when we arrived, it was very stressful with all the "booby traps".
