Spend mornings sipping coffee and evenings sipping cocktails on your fully screened patio or upstairs on your balcony, enjoying the pond view. Inside, you’ll find an open layout, custom fixtures, lots of natural light, and room to spread out. Pop into the modern, full kitchen to turn out mealtime masterpieces, then serve up your creations at the adjacent dining table.
After a day on the sand, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of any stray laundry. Four streaming-capable TVs, free cable, and WIFi all provide entertainment opportunities. If you’re not quite ready to call it a day, visit the community pool to soak up some more sun. The night ends in any of four well-appointed bedrooms, with another dreamy beach day on tap for tomorrow.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
