„This stay was amazing. It was nicer and cleaner than even the photos show. There were extra amenities that came in super-handy (the small igloo, the bamboo mats we took to the beach). We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the sunrise over the ocean!Easy access / close to lots of attractions. AC worked great and accommodated our family. We loved every aspect of our stay, and appreciated all of the beach toys and gear!We had the beach in front of the house all to ourselves. „House and property made our family vacation perfect!! There was 11 of us including 2 toddlers and the house was perfect for all us. Morning coffee on the back deck was amazing and relaxing evenings in the hot tub was even better! “

„Our stay was perfect. This cute studio has everything you need to enjoy your stay on the North Shore. There's a hot plate, blender, coffee maker, iron, microwave, and fridge. There was even a beach cooler in the closet that was super handy. Our nights here were so nice because everyone in the neighborhood is in bed around 8:30 so it's nice and quiet. „Everything was perfect! The location is great! I was worried about it being right on the highway but there was no noise problems or any problems with having to cross the street or get out of the driveway. All the beds were comfy, everything from towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, beach supplies, etc. were provided! We ran out of toilet paper about halfway through but that’s prob because.we had a larger party. The grocery store is only 7 minutes away so it wasn’t a big deal. We ...

„Property is brand new and in immaculate condition. The ocean is literally out the back door and the location is an easy drive to all north shore beaches and activities. Josh was very easy to communicate with and provided tons of local food places for our trip. Highly recommend staying at this property “

„The place was perfect and exactly as advertised. I had an issue with my luggage being delayed by the airline and Jo Ann responded within 2 min with a temporary gate code for the courier to use to deliver our luggage. The owners are very responsive. The place was clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is beautiful.“

„Upon walking in someone said it’s like being on a boat. The expansive windows make you almost feel you’re in the water. Peaceful and quiet except for the sound of waves. Close to everything you need including the Breath of life show at the PCC across the street. The view of the mountains and sky was magnificent. Crab catching (and releasing) plus turtle watching at night. Loved our time there. “

„Listing accuracy was so/so. Some items included in listing were only available upon request (with response times sometimes being up to 24hrs)Host response time was the biggest issue. Make sure everything is squared away well ahead of arrival. Also had to ask host multiple times to fix an incessant beeping coming from a low battery fire alarm on the second floor, to which in the 7 day stay time was never fully addressed or fixed“

Eigentlich wäre die Lage schön

"Wir hatten leider das Pech, das gerade direkt vor unserem Balkon über uns Bauarbeiten stattfanden. Der Lärm ging leider morgens um 8:30 Uhr los. Daher war der Ausblick getrübt von Gerüst und Baumaterial. Sehr gut fanden wir die Reaktion des Vermieters der uns entsprechend auch einen Nachlass freiwillig gewährte.Im Inserat wird erwähnt, es handelt sich um einen neu renovierte Wohnung, dies entspricht nicht meiner Auffassung da, wenn überhaupt der Boden erneuert wurde. Das Bett war so weich und durch gehängt, dass wir auf dem auszieht Sofa schlafen mussten. Für mich leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Ohne die gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hätte ich nur einen Punkt vergeben."
