„The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Any questions or concerns were dealt with immediately. The food was great and no long wait times. The a la carte restaurants were good, but portions were a bit small. The only issue that the resort really has trouble with is the lack of loungers by the pool and beach. Security tried but it was more so the guests who didn’t want to share. The area is isolated so beach had no peddlers. The resort was fantastic and would absolutely come again. “

„The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense ...

„Liked the view from our 10th floor room and the beach location. Found the place to be somewhat noisy from the multitude of kids and loud scheduled activities. Our first impression of the Krystal Grand after being taken down to the basement area for the Expedia Altitude check-in was not very positive but the place grew on us subsequently “

„We enjoyed our 16 day here. After reading the reviews I was a little skeptical. Pros were the amazi g beach, and the staff. We started off in block 6 with no hot water for 3 days, we went to the desk and complained a few times and they finally moved us to block 3 with an ocean view, The buffets were ok a large variety of food. The online booking for restaurants was a little frustrating We took the 9pm mostly and got in. I think they should have restaurants pre booked when u check in like other ...

„Ein weitläufiges Hotels- bzw. Apartmentsresort direkt am Strand und Haffen mit einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum. Die Poolanlagen sind etwas überlaufen (laute Musik und Animationsprogramm) dafür ist es am Strand sehr angenehm und ruhig. “

„This was our first visit to Punta de Mita. We are so happy we chose Ancora, it was perfect! The space was fabulous, we loved our deck & the rooftop infinity pool & view from the amazing restaurant!
