„Cool little spot firther from any amenities than I anticipated. Las Islitas was a 10min drive and very cool place to hang out. The beach at Kavala was pretty good, a bit less swimmable/beach vibe than expected but great for walking up and down at sunset. Overall nice stay, just a bit of a small isolated vibe. Enjoyed the pool too, though its quite small.“

„The property is more concerned with QR codes and getting you in and out - it's on a long dusty and terrible dirt road - the building is surrounded by trash and if you want to walk into town it's a 7 minute walk on unpaved road and no sidewalks - if mexico wants to charge first world prices it needs to clean up it's act - very transactional place - not focused on hospitality - clean up the neighborhood not just the front steps !“

„We had some issues with the unit when we arrived but the owner drove from Guadalajara to fix the problem. He moved us to another unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the great service recovery. Nice pool and great rooftop lounging area. Large grocery store nearby. 7 minute walk to beach and 7 to 15 minute walk to many restaurants. A long-time tenant, Robert, was very friendly and helpful during our two-week stay.“

„Employees were very helpful, the little upstairs coffee shop was great, and they have some good food as well. The units are nice, with good finishes and nice spaces. The neighborhood is also interesting, and has many little restaurants and shops on the streets, I will be staying here again!“

„Beautiful views from inside and out on the spacious balcony. Convenient washer, dryer and hanging rack, comfortable bed and large bathroom. The beach club is lovely. The main concern is the steep hill to walk up to the condo after walking into town. We limited groceries and dining out because of it.“

„We really enjoyed staying at this property! We were greeted by the friendly, Carlos, who helped us before and during our stay with a restaurant reservation, suggestions and new towels. The location relative to Punta de Mita was great: water view with easy walking access to all restaurants and activities but not in the center of it all, so it was quiet at night. There were 2 full bathrooms and the king bed was of memory foam and very comfortable. I'd highly recommend staying here!“

A class of its own

"Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot."

Nice hostel with good amenities

"Very nice facilities and great staff. Female dorm is very nice and gives everyone a good amount of privacy. The layout is not typical hostel style, in order to get in touch with others you have to make a bit more of an effort. If you want to join activities (trips, yoga, surfing etc.) ask specifically about yourself. "
