„The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. „It was nice having multiple places to eat. We ate at each restaurant while we were there. The bathrooms/showers should be the first thing they update but it was fine. It was interesting how everything shut off when you left the room or air conditioner shut off when balcony opened. Great idea!“

„We liked the property and enjoyed our stay but we found that there were alot of stairs and inclined and declined pathways. Very hard for someone with mobility issues. I need a knee replacement and we found we were to tired after supper to go anywhere. Our jacuzzi tub quit working halfway through the week and the staff went out of there way to fix it for us for the last evening. “
