Near the beach, restaurants, and marinas, this newer craftsman home has solid brick exterior and a warm, comfy-feel inside. This home has open living/dining area plus a nice deck off the dining room for entertaining with glimpses of Swan Creek between the trees. Wood burning fireplace with firewood provided will keep you warm in winter, while the decks, patio and porch offer outdoor entertaining spaces with 2 fire pits. There's room for guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It's a quick walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, marinas and all the fun activities in the popular town of Rock Hall.

Comfortable and Homey
Kitchen is very well equipped and the living area is very comfortable. The front porch is nice to have your coffee in the morning and the trees on the property keep the area cool. This is our second year in a row staying in this house.

Feels like home
This is one of the very few properties I have rented that feels so comfortable and homey. The kitchen is so well appointed and had everything we needed. Most renters leave a lot of personal items in their houses not to mention food in the refrigerator. This house had great decorations and no personal items. We will definitely rent this house again.

Family Vacation
We had a lovely stay in this property. The house is nicely furnished, wotj modern kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities which included eating meals on the deck looking at a shady back yard and an evening of smores at the firepit and patio. The location is excellent with walking distance to the town beach and to an oudoors restaurant called The Blue Heron. The local grocery store has whatever you need and the ice cream shop made everyone happy.

We were very happy with the overall experience of renting and staying at this house. It was ready on time, clean, and the property manager was very responsive to our questions and requests. It is a good location if you are looking to check out local spots around town.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY.
I rented this property for my employees to stay in for a month in Jan. The house in not very well insulated and has cold air drafts everywhere. Due to the job running over I needed to rent for another month. The owner charged me an extra 500.00 for the next month due to high energy bill. The owner then controlled the thermostat in the house with a NEST device. The house was extremely cold due to not being very well insulated and cold air drafts everywhere. I would not recommend renting this property. We rent houses all across the United States and this is the worst property we've ever stayed in.

This home was adorable and spotlessly clean. Enough room for 6 comfortably. Two fire pits and plenty of chairs and a covered porch for relaxing. Close to To rock hall beach and a short ride to town. Love the location!

Cute home but maybe some upgrades are due?
The location was great. We really love Rock Hall. The house worked for our small family and we appreciated having more than one bathroom. The downsides to this place were the following: The kitchen wasn't really well-stocked, which makes it challenging to stay in a place where you have to buy a bunch of things that you may not have when you are 3,000 miles from home. The master bathroom was really weird and could benefit from quick and simple update. There was this one section of the bathroom that just made no sense. It was also super small with a too-big closet. Lastly, I think our overall observation is that it was a place where if there was anything they could do cheaply, it was done cheaply (chairs in dining room, sofa, beds, bathrooms, kitchen, etc). I know I may sound like a snob here, but a little more effort would go a long way.

It’s just a hair away from just right
This place is really just fine. It’s comfortable. It’s clean. It’s pretty close to awesome. There are a few things that are just odd. But that doesn’t stop it from being a great rental experience. The two things that stand out are the shower stall in the main bedroom and the awkward electrical closet in the hallway. But it’s got everything you need. And the beds are comfy! It’s a great place for a family stay. The TV in the main living space didn’t really work our whole stay, but the ones in the bedroom did and we weren’t really there to watch TV anyway.

This property is very nice. One bed needs upgraded. No support at all.
The VRBO experience was great! Only one recommendation for owners is to replace the queen bed on the front bedroom. It is not fit for guests.

Beautiful House, Wonderful Location!
Six of us shared this beautiful house. It was very comfortable, and had some beautiful architectural details. I rarely notice this kind of detail, usually not feeling that it matters, but the two Frank Lloyd Wright style stained glass windows and the decorative door posts just made this house feel special. The size, though, felt perfect for our group of 6 adults. More guests would have felt a bit cramped. The view in back is gorgeous! My daughter and I meditated on the deck listening to the many birds and looking out at woods and swamp. The location of the house is ideal, near wilderness, with a 15 minute drive to a US Wildlife preserve, a short walk to the beach, and very convenient to downtown. I am so glad we found this jewel!
