"We had a wonderful stay at Hankyu Respire Osaka! The location couldn’t be better—right outside the main exit of the train station with a convenient sky bridge to Yodobashi department stores. It’s incredibly easy to get around with public transportation nearby. Check-in and check-out are fully automated, which makes the process smooth and efficient, but friendly staff are always on hand to assist if needed. The rooms, while small (as expected in Japan), are thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you might need. If you need extras, replacements are easily available on the lobby floor, which is located on the 9th floor. One of the highlights was the view from our upper-floor room—it was stunning! Another convenience is the 24-hour convenience store right downstairs, accessible via the elevator to street level. A major plus for us was the luggage delivery service. We sent two large bags to Kyoto for about €30, and they were waiting in our room upon arrival. It made the transfer so smooth and stress-free. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Japan never ceases to impress us with its safety, convenience, and the kindness of its people. Hankyu Respire Osaka truly reflects that spirit. Highly recommended!"

"Location is ideal: right at Namba Station for the airport train und lots of subway lines. Walking distance to Dontonbori street. Decent rooms with great view. Comparatively good english skills of the staff. Full size swimming pool is a big plus. Breakfast service is overcrowded during peak hours and buffet may run out of certain food. Would expect more from a hotel in that price category. Went to table 36 restaurant for dinner, service was average (ordering in english was a hassle, they didnt get the order right and werent able to deliver the main courses for the 2 of us at the same time. Waiter was a trainee though, so I guess its part of the learning process and not a big deal. "

"Ich mochte das Hotel insgesamt. Das einzige Manko war stellenweise die Wartezeit für den Fahrstuhl. Abseits davon war es wieder eine positive APA Erfahrung. Ich konnte an meinem letzten Tag auch mein Gepäck da lassen um meine letzten Einkäufe zu tätigen "

"We can really recommend this hotel. The room was the best on our whole Japan trip and very clean. The beds were really comfy the location of the hotel was definitely useful for every kind of trips to certain locations. 10/10! We didn’t have breakfast though, maybe next time! "
