RoMyHome is in the characteristic district of Monte Mario, quiet, on a human scale and well connected (train station 5 minutes walk to the whole city).

The delightful flat is located on the first floor of a small, typical two-storey building, with no lift, built in 1939 and entirely renovated at the end of 2023.

The house has been totally renovated with high quality materials following standards of comfort and safety. Everything has been designed to create a cosy, functional space and to provide experiences to remember.

The area is full of shops and services without suffering from the chaos of the historic centre.

In the large living room, with a new and fully equipped kitchenette, it is possible to accommodate a third or fourth person using a comfortable and modern sofa bed with a "Queen Size" double mattress (width 160 cm. x length 190 cm., height 18 cm.).

The flat has independent heating and a double air-conditioning system.

In the bathroom you will find everything you need for hygiene after a day out and about, all offered for a relaxing stay.

The space is also ideal for working as it is equipped with a Woorkstation and connected to high-speed fibre optic internet.

Final cleaning costs are included.

The Holiday House is regularly accredited by the Municipality of Rome with SCIA: QA/2024/13226 and by the Lazio Region with CIR 30497.

Please note that the Municipality of Rome requires a City Tax of 5 Euro per person per day for a maximum of ten days (children under 10 years of age are exempt from payment). The amount of the tax must be paid in cash at check in.
