„The location was great for me, the place itself was fine. I found the couch to be fairly dirty, and the manual lock on the doorknob wasn't working. „The problems began with several computer warnings that our reservation would be cancelled for failure to complete checkin which had already been done. „We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “
