There is enough for 6 off-street parking spots in the driveway and free street parking. (PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN NOT PARK IN THE STREET WHEN IT SNOWS)

The backyard is partially fenced off.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -

The fridge is not hooked up to a water line. The tap water is very safe to drink in the salt lake as well. We have ice cube trays as well if needed since the water line isn't hooked up to the fridge.

The fireplace is not available for use to guests.

HOUSE RULES -

1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 14 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without a refund. You may be charged for any guest who arrives with you at the extra guest rate on our listing regardless of whether their stay is overnight as well so please let us know if you will be having any other guests so we can send an alteration request or request for an additional guest fee. Just because it can sleep 14 doesn’t mean that all 14 are included in the base rate. There may be extra guest fees after X # of guests and they will be required to be added officially.

3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Airbnb through the house manual or check-in guide. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the Airbnb platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.

4) Fees: There is a $1000 fine if it is found that you have been smoking on the property.

5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed.

6) Quiet Hours are from 10 PM-8 AM.

7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against the owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay, You understand and agree to accept liability in full.

8) You agree to clean up after yourselves and that our cleaning fee is not for heavy cleaning. You need to do your own dishes after use.

9) NO Pets allowed

10) We don’t allow mail delivery as this unit has no mailbox. Please use Amazon locker or equivalent. Please speak with the host first if you need to send mail.

11) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.


12) There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are at the property without proper authorization from the host. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.



These rules may seem intense, but we are very easygoing when our lovely guests follow the rules and 99% of them do. It's our pleasure to host you!

Stellar Sandy Home
My sisters and I stayed at the home during Pinners Conference. We were only there in the evening and to sleep but it was very nice. We did have breakfast there. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had spices and salt & pepper. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. There was planet of space for our group of 9. There were plenty of towels and all the things we would need. One room downstairs said it was ‘full’ size bunks and they were really twin. It want a problem for us but someone might need to know that. We lives that the rules and instructions (including wi-fi) were posted in multiple places. It was a quiet and nice area to be in. This group of women felt safe and comfortable there.

Lovely home for a comfortable stay
Our team stayed at this property while attending a nearby conference. We appreciated having our own bedrooms, and plenty of baths. We fully used the wonderful kitchen to prepare and serve meals. Communication was easy and the location was convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Soccer weekend
A group of moms and out daughters stayed at this house for a soccer training weekend. The house perfectly accommodated all of us. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities. The house was very clean and the location was a very nice quiet neighborhood. We would all stay here again. The managers were so quick to respond to questions, and the checkout process was easy. Great house for a big group.

The place is absolutely wonderful and the area is superb. Easy access to transit, stores and even hiking trails. It was an amazing place to stay at for the whole week and I highly recommend it. Everything you need is already there and you won't have to contact the manager for anything. Accessing the place is easy to do, though if you get confused by the door lock you don't have to swipe anything it's just tapping the numbers on it, first look of it was odd but easy to understand once you open the door. Will definitely look at booking this place again when I come back to the states :D
