Great location!
We had a great time with our kids and another family with small kids. The place had plenty of room for all of us. The garage was a tight fit for our larger minivan, but luckily street parking and the spot behind the garage were always available. We were able to walk to the bay and coffee shops and restaurants from the home which made for easy decisions. Thanks for being great hosts!

We had a great time in San Diego! This place was perfect for our stay. It’s fully stocked with whatever you might need and is very comfortable. A group of 7 of us stayed here for the weekend. It was clean and in a cool location. There is a fun restaurant, coffee, and liquor store within 2 blocks. We all fit easily into the space and the was plenty of bedding and seating for us all. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The host was very nice, accommodating and quick to respond. The place itself was clean and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom items. Location wise, it was perfect. It’s in walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants so we didn’t need to use our rental car all the time. Speaking of, having dedicated parking was a huge perk! Awesome family reunion spot
We used this home for our gathering spot while visiting our son and fiance who live in the Crown Point neighborhood. The playground, coffee shop, brewery were all within walking distance, as well as our sons place. Wonderful stay in San Diego Bay
I first want to commend the host. They were very attentive, communicative, and informative. It was evident how much they cared we had a great time. And we certainly did! The location was perfect. Close to PB and downtown San Diego right on Mission Bay. Most of the living area is on the second floor of the unit. All of the rooms were clean and had nice decorations. There was a great park two blocks from the unit right on Mission Bay. We had no issues with parking. Definitely would recommend staying here especially with a larger group. The condo was homey and added to a wonderful vacation we had celebrating our mom's birthday.

Really excellent property, well furnished, excellent location, easy to access and a beautiful place for a holiday. Very quiet neighborhood with nice parking in the garage and walking distance to coffee, food, Mission Bay and Mission Beach. Close proximity to Torrey Pines, Blacks Beach, Mission Valley, downtown San Diego, Sea World and all the great San Diego attractions. I would totally recommend to anybody!!

Our Holiday celebration was wonderful. We are cooks and bakers, unfortunately the kitchen is not supplied well enough. Should have inquired. For my energetic 4yr old grandson, the stairs were a safety issue. Also the garage shares a door to the master bedroom. The unit is very open and was fine for us. Only private room is adjacent to kitchen/ dining. But if private space is important, please inquire

3 Day/60 Mile Breast Cancer Walk!
Myself and friends have been doing the Breast Cancer Walks for many years now! The last 3 years we’ve had 6-12 people staying at VRBOs. This was by far the best we’ve stayed at! Great location with easy walks to the Bay or Beach! The house had everything we needed for our week long stay and our host corrected a couple of real small issues as soon as I contacted him! Great communication and super friendly! Bonus since he has two apartments right next to each other we were all able to stay close together! HAD A MEMORABLE TIME
We had a wonderful time staying at this place. Aside from the fact that it is dog-friendly, it is close to the bay and we enjoyed the morning walks. Very Happy with our Stay
This was a great alternative to a hotel room. There were three of us (Mom (50s) and adult daughters (30s)) and we were very comfortable with our own bedrooms. We didn't have much time to use the kitchen, but having a proper fridge, kettle, coffee maker were all great. The property was clean and modern and in a nice area. The washer/dryer allows you to pack light. Only 'complaints': 1) In looking for a broom, my mom opened a cupboard and found mouse droppings. We were not too concerned as we didn't find any more and we knew the place had been professionally cleaned before we checked in. Otherwise the place was clean. 2) We did not have a car for our trip and found almost all of our events were across the bridge in other parts of San Diego. We might choose a slightly more central place next time. That said, we didn't find this a big negative. If you had your own vehicle, it would be less of an inconvenience. There is still a liquor/convenience store, restaurant/bar, breakfast place and bay park a short walk from the house. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this to others. - Tourists traveling from Canada
