„I absolutely loved this resort!!!! I cannot say 1 bad thing about my experience. We ate at all restaurants except the seafood restaurant due to an allergy. The buffet always had a great selection, the omelet station was never too busy & the cook always had 3-4 omelets being made at once. If you want something you do not see…ask! They are amazing at trying to provide you with everything you want/need. “

„We came here 5-6 years ago and first impressions are, it’s pretty similar to then, albeit when we checked into our rooms, they’ve definitely been upgraded. Actually pretty good. Spacious and has all that you need. We booked a deluxe king bed ocean view room. Please beware though, the hallways are loud and if people get back to their rooms late and talk loudly, you can hear everything. We initially had room 618 in the main building, but we had an adjoining door to another room and the neighbors ...

„In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit einem nicht vorhandenen Top-Hotel Anspruch! Zimmer Ok aber nicht mehr! Zu beginn sehr aggressives marketing mit Angeboten für eine Club Mitgliedschaft! Fehlende Wartung an Aufzügen und Sanitären Anlagen. Mehrer Tage keine Papier Handtücher auf den Toiletten am Pool. Drei Tage keinen Kamillentee beim Frühstück, aber im Coco Caffee vorhanden. Zusammenfassend: ganz OK, aber nicht mehr! “
