„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “

„Generally this is a perfectly located and very affordable place to stay. We stayed in room #1 which was spacious. I don't dare to complain due to the great affordability. People should be aware tho that they can't expect a 5 star hotel at this price. The building is not new and the room finishings, floors etc. are definitley worn. „The staff were amazing here. Especially Joel at the valet services, he is top notch! The staff make this place truly enjoyable, it is clean and safe. Prices for food/drink are expensive but thats what you get in this area and similar to other parts. Highly recommend going across the street for some of the small places to eat like the taco place directly across or Kane. Also walk down to the lagoon and check for manatee! “
