This rental includes white towels, bedding with comforter and 4 pillows in each bedroom, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in a bathroom dispenser, 2-3 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, dishwashing soap, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, kitchenware basics such as plates, glasses, cups, and utensils, pots, pans, essentials and utensils for cooking, stove, oven, coffeemaker, basic coffee bean grinder, toaster, microwave, and food processor. Breezy House

I had much confusion regarding the location of the property. I am familiar with Puerto Rico and followed VRBO directions to visit the property days before I was to rent. It led me to a horrific property outside of the neighborhood. I was so appalled, with what I found, I panicked. I tried to cancel the reservation to no avail as the host and I went back and forth. I was enormously relieved when I received the check in information with the exact address on the day the rental was to start. Only then did I understand that the host and I were discussing different things. The neighborhood where the property is located is wonderful but getting there can be a little jarring because the surrounding area is not the best. Ultimately, my guests and I were very pleased with the accommodations and the host was immediately responsive whenever I had questions or needed guidance. I would rent it again.

Disappointed

Although Joseph was quick to respond when we called him we still had issues during our stay. Almost an hour after our arrival time we still had not received the code to enter the premises. We had to call the host. The house could use some major cleaning. During our entire stay we had no hot water except for one day when we called the host and than it was only warm. We were not able to use the washer because of the rust and a strong odor of mold and mildew. There was a rooster, a dog and a cat crowing, barking and meowing both day and night. To say the least it was not worth the price we paid. Hopefully after talking to Joseph these issues will be addressed and corrected.

First trip to Puerto Rico

We had an amazing stay. It was out first trip to Puerto Rico and bringing my kids along we wanted to avoid being cramped into a hotel. We had a total of 10 so we also booked the upstairs apartment for the additional space. Great neighborhood view with open patio to relax. The house was very clean. Joseph was very responsive to all questions I had during our 6 day stay. The neighborhood was very quiet & interactions with the neighbors was very friendly. We felt very welcome & safe. It rained a bit so we ended up pulling some games out of the closet but also added a couple that we picked up from Wal-Mart for the next visitors. The neighborhood is centrally located to shopping, beaches, restaurants & airport. With our early morning flight it only took us 15 minutes to get to SJU. Would definitely stay again.

The property is just as described. Even though there was just ac in the rooms the house stayed cooled. We realy enjoyed having a locked garage to park the car in and a very quiet neighborhood. I love this property!

I love this property! The place was beautiful, exactly as pictured. I didn’t realize until we got there that we only had access to the bottom half of the home and was worried about comfort, but it was so spacious and more than comfortable for my party of 5. What I loved the most was the amount of detail they provided for the stay. There are several laminated signs throughout the house that answer any and every question you could possibly have. We didn’t have to bother the host even once during our stay. Everything was so clear. Bonus: it rained badly one night while we were there and we were able to make the best of it using all the fun games in the closet. Stay here!!

Host was very generous in letting us check in early and check out late. Very easy to reach. Supplies beach towels and bath towels. Spacious rooms and living room, kitchen and dinning as well! Perfect space for a group of people and 15 min away from the airport

Everyone loved this house. There was a lot of space. I cooked everyday and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a thanksgiving meal if you wanted to. The patio area was another added plus. We spent a lot of time playing dominoes and cards, relaxing in the jacuzzi and using the barbecue grill. And we felt very secure because there was a gate to close at night and the doors could only be opened by key. Perfect for a group. We were a group of 8; 4 couples!

A Homey Experience in San Juan

My overall impression was wonderful. The house has an apartment upstairs that also had tenants during our stay but there was no disruptions and we were able to maintain our privacy. There was plenty of space for my whole family for 10 days and it didn’t take long for us to feel at home. The host was very communicative and always let us know when and if landscaping or cleaning crew was going to be coming to service the property. The host provided us with a list of things to check out while we were visiting and detailed instructions are listed throughout the house for each amenity which was extremely helpful. The outdoor area was where we spent most of our time if we weren’t in the kitchen or living room. The host has board games and card games that we utilized when we were relaxing. No major issues and if there were any concerns, the host immediately took initiative. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
