Haven View is a private mansion set in a lush rainforest with amazing ocean views just minutes from the sandy beaches of Luquillo, Puerto Rico. This villa is full of amenities including a gorgeous heated resort style pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, 8 bedrooms with private bathrooms, A/C in every room, pull-out sofa for extra sleeping, outdoor kitchen with grill, ample gated parking for 14+ vehicles, rooftop terrace, yard games, smart tvs in every bedroom, and multiple dining and lounging areas.
Our team provides resources for private chefs, excursions, transportation, grocery shopping, food deliveries, event set-up and much more.
Host your Wedding or event at our villa. We will gladly assist in the set-up and take down of the event including providing tables, chairs, linens, trash removal.
Small Event: 35 people or less is $500 with a $500 deposit that is returned upon a tidy checkout.
Large Events: $1,000 (Birthdays, Anniversaries, Bachelor/bachelorette parties etc)
Weddings: $1500
These fees help cover the time and cost of our team in communications, organizing, planning, trash removal cost etc.
