„The Foxglove Cottage is delightful. Beautiful setting, cozy and whimsical. Morning walks in the gardens and snug evenings around the fireplace in the quaint living room. The kitchen is well appointed and beds comfortable. Delightful stay!“

„We had a sibling reunion and the cabin worked beautifully for four couples. Kitchen was cozy but the bedrooms (especially upstairs) were spacious and comfortable. We’d stay here again!“

„This is where you want to stay on orcas Island. Centrally located and secluded. Easy to get to and the accommodations in the cottage are spectacular. Everything you need in the kitchen to make a nice meal. The garden provided us with an onion and celery. A really nice treat.“

„Are stay was wonderful, the peace you feel as soon as you arrive. We stayed 2 weeks. The wild life was wonderful to watch. The only negative is that the furniture in the living room needs to be up dated. Very old and uncomfortable.“

Only negative was we were given wrong key lockbox code and took 30mins of holding on telephone before we got a live person at 11pm who was able to get property manager. Rest of stay was excellent.“

One caution: if you are petite, ask for a stepstool to get into the bed; it is very high. Sherri, the host, is professional and responsive. “

The code to the door didn’t work, and after trying it numerous times, we texted Vacasa and they responded with a different code for the lock box which got us in with a key. The light above the stove, under the microwave was burned out, so cooking was dimly lit. I’m sure they will replace the bulb tho. The coffee ...

„Our construction crew stayed at the house while working on a street project. They enjoyed the hot tub, board games and all the other stuff available. Plenty of hot water, towels and blankets! Enough room for everyone to have their own space.“

The house is comfortable and has a great table for family dinners, board games and puzzles. The beach and property are just fantastic. The lack of internet is a small ding in my mind though it is helpful to get the kids off screens. Jenny was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue. Strongly recommend for some quiet downtime.“

"Das Hotel hat eine super Roof-Top Bar. Der Ort Anacortes bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Essengehen und Frühstücken. Das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption war super unfreundlich. Wir hatten in der Tat in den USA noch keinen unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter an einer Hotelrezepion erlebt. Da muss das Management etwas machen - wir gehen deswegen auf jeden Fall nicht mehr in das Majestic Inn. Das Hotel ist außerdem ein „PET friendly Hotel“ was super unangenehm war. Die diversen Hunde in den umliegenden Zimmern hatten unentwegt gebellt. Von Entspannung keine Rede."
