„The appartment was great at first glance. Pro's: location, location, location. Beach, shops, and resturants all within 1 to two blocks and great view and balcony. Con's: Place was clean but floors could use a good wet mopping not just vacuuming. Furniture is worn, bed in back bedroom is wabally“

„Pros: 4 big bedrooms and a good location Cons: Just about everything else Other than finding someone's prescription medication under the bed, it was clean. We've stayed here in the past, and it just gets sadder and sadder. The managing company, who we once used to manage our own rental, puts zero effort into maintaining things beyond the necessary basics. Linens are old and pilled, toilet paper is cheap and scratchy. The kitchen is not well-equipped: for example, there are only 4 dinner forks ...

„We loved staying here. The house had 99% of what anyone could want to enjoy a calm and relaxed stay near the beach and near the village of AG. The Berry Neighborhood is sweet. We will rent this house again if/when we come back with our adult kids. Only recommendations for the owners: 1. Add curtains in the upstairs bedrooms to block out the light. 2. Tell your lawn care people to come later in the day. They woke us up at 7:45 on Friday morning. We were on vacation so not what we wanted to ...

„We have stayed here a couple times now. Like being in the country yet minutes away from wineries. The fenced pastures had some goats and sheep this time. It was fun watching them roam around. If you need an egg or two the host might have some from the chickens that live there. And there is a Bocce Ball court too. Our "go to"place when wine tasting in Paso Robles.“

We had a chef prepare dinner for us one evening and the kitchen was perfect. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable.the management company was beyond responsive and great to work with. “

„We had a brief yet wonderful stay at Jasmin and Pat's rental! Beautifully designed, comfortable, spacious and homey, it is stocked with everything one needs. This was the perfect location for a meet up with family between LA and the Bay Area, and is located close to all the sights we had planned to visit, especially the beach. We loved the place and hope to stay here again in the future!“

"Sehr schönes Inn am Meer gelegen , gepflegte Anlage mit Pool , herrlichem Garten mit Feuerstellen am Meer .Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Personal sehr freundlich . Restaurant schien geschlossen , Auto also empfehlenswert ."

"Das ist Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet, liegt sehr Verkehrsgünstig zwischen San Francisco und L.A und die Betten waren sehr Bequem. Das Frühstück war typisch Amerikanisch. "

"Our stay at the Avila Lighthouse was really nice. Everything was fine and for families a place to be based on the fact that the beach is right in front, all stuff needed for the beach was in good shape and free of charge. What is really a bit a shame is, that the Resort got into "the years" and it needs some renovation in the rooms and also outside. The situation that our first room 103 had no real air-conditioning more a uplifted watercooling system ... we switched to room 200 but ... not really better. No air-conditioning. In both rooms was a extra air fan for use. If there is no real working air-conditioning it should not be noted in the hotel description. That was the really only thing which was not nice ... in general a nice place to be with families. "
