„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and they did a very nice job on the renovation! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with necessities and it was very convenient having the washer and dryer in the unit. There is a very nice courtyard behind the building with a huge pecan tree. The unit is located close to a lot of good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Tulsa!“

„The check in process was easy. The apartment was clean and cozy. It's right in the heart of downtown Tulsa behind a great bookstore and a nice Irish restaurant. „It’s a very clean light appt. On third floor with an elevator… The hard parts to learn are parked no.. you are supposed to use slot 13 ! Getting in front door a little complex! Just be aware it is located near a night club, and it takes a while for the town to quieter down… maybe bring ear plugs. Close to the baseball and downtown amenities. All comfortable…interior“

„We had a great time celebrating our 30th anniversary. Property is clean and easy to get to and within walking distance to the places we wanted to visit. Our only complaint was the barking dog in 406….but that is beyond the control of the property manager. Our door access code didn’t work, but the property manager was quick to respond and had us fixed within minutes of me sending a message. If you are looking to visit down town Tulsa, this is one of the best options we’ve stayed in.“

„We stayed for 3 nights, and it is a cute little 2 bed 1 bath. The walls are super thin, and the door handles are a bit funky. We all got locked in the bathroom several times because the doorknob is jacked. The bathroom sink hardly let out any water, the tub wasn't draining all the way so you stood in your shower water the whole time, and we had to keep plunging the toilet. I had trouble locking the door at one point and called the manager and they were very disinterested in the issue, borderline ...

„Accuracy of the listing is pretty spot on. It was me and my daughter there for a cheer competition, and she loved the roof top area (it was just too cold for us to hang out up there). The place was clean, and all amenities were there. I did realize after the fact (this was my fault) there are not curtains for the front window, so we took the foldable twin bed mattress and leaned it up against the window at nighttime to block out the views from outside. „The home is as listed. We decided to leave at the last minute and the home had received good reviews, so we decided to rent it for the weekend. The beds were comfy, there are two full baths, and the water pressure was great! The home was clean and bug-free. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this home to anyone.
